Bought a megane rs. Lovely motor, as described. Danny is a top bloke and really enjoyed my experience of buying the car. Really honest guy and when I arrived after a 2 hour journey I was pleasantly surprised the car looked better in the flesh than photos. If only this was always the case when buying cars and travelling so far! Anyway couldn’t recommend Danny enough, need more honest car dealers like this.

Really positive experience buying a car from Burdon Automotive.

I went to view a Honda CR-V that had just come in as a part exchange, and from the start everything felt very straightforward. Danny was open about the car’s age and mileage, gave me space to look around it properly, and was happy to answer questions without any pressure or sales tactics.

He'd clearly taken the time to check the car over and was honest about what had been done and what to expect, which made a big difference when buying an older, higher mileage vehicle. I was able to take it for a proper test drive and make a decision in my own time.

We agreed a fair deal and the whole process was smooth and hassle-free. It felt like a genuine, local dealership rather than a pushy sales environment.

Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a used car and want a more relaxed, honest buying experience.

From first contacting Danny to when we picked up the car, he was in touch with updates as and when it was needed. He sourced for us, the best car from the list of our requirements. There were a couple of issues that were sorted with professionalism and speed. It was a pleasure to deal with Burdon Automotives, and would 100% use them again for their competence and friendliness.

I asked Danny and Jess to source myself a car. I had certain criteria and budget. Danny and Jess kept me updated with cars that matched and kept me informed with photos and information. The car I decided on exceeded all my expectations,(VW Tiguan) and couldn't be more pleased. I was sent a video of the car, and they even added my own plates. It was valeted, looks mint and drives as good as it looks.They definitely go the extra mile.
If you're looking for a fantastic used car give them a call, you won't be disappointed.

I am pleased to add my voice to the chorus of praise for this company and its owners.
The car is marvellous and much better than I had any right to expect.
It behaved faultlessly as I drove it home for over 200 miles home and has since.
In short, it’s an absolute delight.
I cannot speak highly enough of Danny who was both helpful and patient with me as I made arrangements with him for some extras I wanted and for delivery.
It is apparent that Danny is both hugely knowledgeable and highly skilled in his trade but also possesses those increasingly rare personal attributes of honesty, integrity, kindness and understanding.
The best purchasing experience I have had in over 50 years of motoring.

A real shame. Dan is a nice lad and dealt with everything very well, right up until something went wrong with the car a few days later. Basically washed their hands of the issue (not covered under warranty). The cost of the issue being fixed is nearly £3000 so you can see why they're unwilling to do their bit. I won't go on BUT if youre looking to buy a car, you'll have a great experience unless something goes wrong

Really happy with the whole process and way it was dealt with by Danny. Buying a car can be stressful and a bit of a pain but at no point did this process feel like a chore. Very honest in their appraisals and in conversations about the car I was buying,putting my mind at rest on points before id even had the chance to raise them. Danny was great from the first message about buying the car to handing the keys over. We received videos of the car straight away and he kept in touch with us throughout the purchase. He made sure the car was perfect and ready to go. I would highly recommend Burdon Automotive and I will be messaging Danny if I ever look at getting a new car.

Very quick and prompt response to my query on Autotrader. Kept in touch with me by text to let me know when the car was ready. Open , informative,honest car dealer and we know there's not too many of them around nowadays..Probably the best 2nd hand car dealer I have had the pleasure of dealing with. If I ever wanted to buy another 2nd hand car, they would be my first port of call. Really friendly and helpful. Top notch . Buy a car from these guys..you will not be disappointed.5 stars all day...

I bought an peugeot rcz off daniel it came with all the history paperwork the best car i found travelled from hull to see it danny asked for a refundable deposit which gave me piece of mind he wouldn't sell it before i got there. I found danny very polite and professional not pushy he took me for
a test drive and put fuel in so i could drive home as i decided i wanted the car .danny sorted road tax out for me on his laptop he went above and beyond would highly recommend buying from him and would buy from again thankyou danny loving the car 😁👍

When selling my car through the Motorway website Burdon Automotive offered me what I considered a good price for my car. I found them to be both professional and charming. As I no longer have to commute to work I will not be replacing my car however if my circumstances change I would be more than happy to do business with Burdon Automotive again.

After contacting Burdon Automotives with a request for a mini, I received a message almost immediately, asking what I was looking for and what my budget was. After responding, it was only a matter of a day, if not hours, I received 4 potential options. One of which was perfect, my dream car. After saying 'yes to the car', I received updates on what was being done with the car and how it was being prepared for me. Less than 2 weeks later, I am now the proud owner of a beautiful immaculate mini. If I were to put on a personalised number plate, you would not for a minute think that this car is 11 years old, both outside and inside.
To say I am impressed with the service I received from Burdon Automotives is an understatement. I would recommend them to anyone, professional, friendly and they really do care about what you want and go above and beyond to give you what you have dreamt of.
I can't wait to keep going out in it and show it off.
