I had the pleasure of meeting both Adrian & Neil when supporting my Mum in selling her house, nothing was too much trouble, very professional & answered all of our questions, Mum's house was on the market within days, amazing photos taken by Neil. Adrian surpassed all of our expectations & always available no matter the time. Viewings booked in for open house day within the week, house Sold. Mum was very happy with the whole experience, as was I. They can also offer other services like renovations, mortgages, this easily can take the stress out of selling & buying a new home. Recently sold my house through Neil & Adam at Burnett Lee and the service was top class. From the valuation with Adam to completion was 10 weeks in total. The house was quickly to market and with viewing lined up swiftly. The first of these, hosted by Neil, purchased at full asking price. Couldn't be happier with the experience. When we came in contact with Neil Arnold, after we tried a view local estate agents, it appeared to us that he is a first class professional who knows "his onions" and lead us through the selling and buying process stress free from start to finish. With his pro active approach we felt that the whole process of selling and buying was something he kept "his finger on" Always available when needed to answer questions either by phone or email. Will definitely use his services when selling or buying a property again.

Due a mix up with the vendor our appointment to view had to be cancelled on the Sunday - but not after Stephanie had tried everything within her power to make it happen. She then turned everything around and booked us in on the Monday. She is knowledgeable, professional and someone we would recommend to anyone!
