Bus4U Travel Minibus Hire Reviews 

This is the first time our organisation has used Bus4U, the drivers were lovely, the buses clean with plenty of room. We were picked up in Cardiff and taken to Chepstow Races and then returned 7 hours later. We will definately be using Bus4U again. Thank you !

Mo was on time and so helpful. Bus was immaculate and clear very well looked after. I managed to forget about the time difference and booked the wrong time to be picked up but that wasn't a problem and Mo was able to pick us back up earlier then planned.

Brilliant. Changed our pickup time on the return home as requested last minute and the driver was fab! Ensured we were ok and the kids were good and he stopped at services when needed! Did not rush us at all⭐️ we have booked again with this company for July 2027!!

Very pleased with the service. I hired 3 minibuses to move a rugby team around the Cardiff area on a Saturday night and from my initial enquiry all the way through to the day of hire we were treated to prompt, polite and attentive customer service. No complaints at all. Would use again.
