Buscom Reviews

Very professional, timely, and personable. Bus looked superb. Highly recommend!

Very good service, easy to work with!

I recently used BusCom for a trip from Dusseldorf to Gelsenkirchen and back during the Euros, and the experience was outstanding. The driver was incredibly patient and communicative, even waiting for us while we enjoyed a pre-game stop at a local bar. The vehicle was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, making the journey pleasant and relaxing.

A special mention goes to the sales team, who were exceptionally helpful and accommodating with all my requests. Their professionalism ensured a seamless and enjoyable trip. I would highly recommend BusCom for anyone needing reliable and excellent taxi service in Germany.

During our recent Europe trip, we had the pleasure of experiencing top-class service from Buscom. From start to finish, their professionalism, efficiency, and dedication to customer satisfaction were exemplary.
Firstly, the buses themselves were modern, clean, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and enjoyable environment for travel. Whether we were journeying from bustling city centers to serene countryside destinations or navigating narrow streets, the drivers displayed remarkable skill and ensured our safety at all times.
The coordination of our itinerary was flawless. From Paris to Brussels, Brussels to Amsterdam, Luxembourg, Trier, and back to Paris, the transfer was punctual and seamless. This reliability allowed us to fully immerse ourselves in each destination without worrying about transportation logistics.
One standout aspect was the company's flexibility and responsiveness. They accommodated our schedule changes and special requests with ease, demonstrating a genuine commitment to meeting their customers' needs.
Moreover, the professionalism of the staff was evident throughout our interactions. Despite language barriers with some drivers, their friendliness and willingness to assist made us feel welcomed and valued.
We were particularly impressed by the extra mile they went, such as providing larger buses when needed, which enhanced our comfort and convenience significantly.
In conclusion, Edgars our contact from Buscom not only met but exceeded our expectations in every aspect of his service. Edgars and Buscom contributed immensely to the success of our trip, and we would highly recommend them to anyone seeking reliable and top-quality transportation services in Europe.
Thank you once again to the entire team at Buscom especially Edgars for the outstanding service. We look forward to traveling with you again in the future.

We booked Buscom's services for 2 busses for our wedding. While for us the website and the company's new-ish date of incorporation was a bit shady at first, they had the best price.

Communication was always great and super quick! The drivers were there on time and everything was smooth.

We used Buscom service last May and the service by Edgars was great! He was very helpful and very responsive when needed.

Clients were also happy with the bus service given.

Thank you!

We arranged a few trips for our group in Marseille and they were very happy with them. The driver was super nice and helpful. Very good service.

Wonderful, clean, smell nice, driver very professional… Will recommend everyone plus I will arrange again as soon as I get back in Germany.

Un trato muy personalizado, contestan súper rápido y te dan los teléfonos de los conductores para que puedas comunicarte con ellos si lo necesitas.

Communication with Yohann and Edgars at Buscom was quick and friendly. All of my emails were returned promptly along with follow up from them. The drivers Buscom provided were kind, punctual, and cooperative. We were caught in the Lufthansa strikes in March 2024 and had flights canceled with the need to get 25 students between cities in Europe. I reached out to Yohann and Edgars and IMMEDIATELY had a quote for services to drive us from Prague to Krakow. All details were completed with minutes. I couldn't believe the service. Drivers arrived early to pick us up in Prague and checked with us throughout the long drive to see where we needed breaks and even researched restaurants for us to stop and get food en route. Without hesitation, Buscom exceeded my expectations.

I recently used Buscom for a group trip, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Their service was top-notch. The bus was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The driver was not only punctual but also polite and professional. The entire journey went smoothly, and their pricing was an added bonus. I highly recommend them for any group travel needs. They exceeded my expectations in every way!

Thank you for the very professional service arranged in Paris. Drivers are super friendly and buses are modern too!!! Will use again :)

I found the company on internet and sent a request for my company event (100 participants - 3 days - Several buses needed to bring participant to different activities/restaurant). Buscom replied quickly, my contact was very professional and efficient.
All went smooth: they sent me the drivers contact before the D-DAY, the drivers were professional, nice and always on time.
IT WAS PERFECT !

Sometimes I can't find the words to say how much we are satisfied

It's hard to find a coach company with this program for 52 people in ( Italy , Suisse and France ) at Christmas time
I already dealed with other companies in Europe

But you have the best price with the best service ever

Note Yohann: you told me that you want to compete when I sent my offer and you already succeeded

It's hard to find one issue in this trip
If I made an evaluation for your team
I will give you 100%

I will be back with another challenge for your team but I know you will do it

It was easy to get in touch with the company and book the bus.
On the spot it all worked very smoothly and everything worked out just perfect.

Excellent assistance and helpfulness before, during and after the event. Punctuality of the service, cleanliness of the buses and kindness of the staff are the strong points. I highly recommend them!

It was a good service and everything was on time. We are happy with the services.

Very professional, good comunication. waiting for next time with Buscom
