Bushcraftlab.co.uk Reviews

Fantastic company! I Have ordered from BushcraftLab many times now and will continue to use and recommend to others. Customer service/Technical support is A+++. Highly Recommend.
Thank you BushcraftLab.

I had a miss understanding and after getting in contact with the seller he was very helpful and sorted my issue. Very good customer service and I highly recommend theirs products.

I bought a crossbow windlass from here, it cost over 100£ inc P&P. After maybe 50 uses it broke but luckily for me I have a welder, after much hassle I fixed the problem myself. I had only had the item for a month before it broke, but their return policy excluded me from getting either a replacement or refund.

Opinions totally not worth wasting your time here!

Great service, fast delivery with quality products. Many thanks

Great prices, speedy delivery and top notch product. Couldnt ask for more

Wow. Cannot believe I last reviewed a shopping experience here in 2017. I've certainly bought there since then. No idea why I failed to review those purchases here. Order anew gone in tonight. Lots of good interesting things there on their website. Easy to navigate and search for things too. Got some good new survival outdoors books coming to me to look at. And other bits and pieces of intetest that caught my eye on browsing. Great shop.

I have made a few purchases from this company, the first being a crossbow. If only all companies operated this way, the world would be a better place. The service has been outstanding each time with superb communication from Gareth; I feel like we're friends.

I will definitely use again and would highly highly recommend.

First class company, highly recommended.
I recently ordered a Karrimor SF rucksack, and despite the product being out of stock at both Bushcraftlab and the manufacturer, I was kept informed every step of the way about the progress of my purchase.
UK-wide problems with HGV drivers, COVID and Brexit had disrupted deliveries, but as soon as the rucksack arrived at Bushcraftlab, they packaged it up (the same day) and sent it to me using next day delivery.
Brilliant service from a smaller company offering the personal touch so often lacking in bigger corporate concerns.

Will def use again. I bought a crossbow, before I checked to see if my local archery club allowed them, which they do not.
Contacted bushcraft before they posted the item to see if it could be cancelled, which they done with no hassle and refunded within half an hour. Brilliant service. I shall 100% be using them again.

I only take time to review a company if I feel they are outstanding. This company most certainly are. My product was top class and delivery was super quick.
I even received an email from them thanking me for my order...what companies take the time to do that? Other companies take note!!! A top company and I cannot recommend them highly enough and I don't say that very often. Keep up the great work 👍👍👍

I have made a couple of purchases from Bushcraftlab and have been very impressed with the quality of products, fast delivery methods and great customer service.
This is definitely a reputable company I would recommend.

Excellent service, fantastic product. I placed my order on Wednesday evening and received before 12 on Friday. I will definitely be ordering from bushcraftlab again, highly recommended company.

Highly rate these guys. My order was dispatched quickly and arrived with no problems.

Excellent customer service, fast delivery, highly recomend. Very nice prices vs other outlets, saved £30 on purchase.

Quick delivery, bought an item and received the wrong item however contacted them over messenger and their response was within ten mins and was sorted in even less time with the correct item delivered the next day....would defo recommend this company for customer service, very good.

Have not used my PREDATOR 80-130 yet but just wanted to record my appreciation for the outstanding customer service from BushcraftLab.

Great local company. Gareth was so helpful when an item was out of stock, providing a great present in time for Christmas for my son, and again, helpful when re-ordering another item. Service that you would not get with Amazon! I would highly recommend this company.

Despite some issues with my order getting mixed up, Bushcraft Lab fulfilled my order exactly as expected. My communication with the company were responded to promptly and courteously. I would definitely order from them again.

I ordered the Cobra Adder by EK Archery from this store. The item arrived very quickly and was packaged very well. The customer service was second to none. Very professional members of staff who are polite and extremely helpful. 5 stars!

Great little shop, lovely friendly and helpful owner.
