The clothes are fantastic

Ordered a "linen" shirt from this company, which appeared as though it was Australian. Received a 100% polyester shirt nothing like the picture. Requested refund. Offered 10% discount & keep the shirt that is unacceptable. Just get bot responses to my many emails. If I could rate this a zero I would - still waiting 2 months down the track.

The dress I received was nothing like the photos advertised. The material was cheap, the cut was completely different from the description, and the overall quality was extremely poor.
I contacted the seller immediately regarding a refund and return, provided photos, and followed up multiple times. Since then, I have received no response at all.
This experience was misleading and left me out of pocket. I would strongly warn others to be very cautious when ordering from this business. Also worth noting, despite appearances, this is not an Australian company. They claim to be in the Netherland. SCAM SCAM SCAM

Dress was nothing like photos, material was cheap and cut was not as described and have recieved no response from seller since Dec regarding a refund and return. Scam!

I have ordered 4 pairs of swimwear from them. 2 pairs one piece swimwear totally different from pictures. They delivered after 3 weeks late and wrong items been sent. I have ordered Romper suit and one piece and they send me the Romper suits with one swimwear bra. They have dumped other things with your order without even asking you. If you don't have those items in your ask your customer if they like to choose something else from website rather than change their order . It's very frustrating talking to them . They don't respond your emails and week later no apology for a wrong order. They don't even acknowledge they made a mistake rather say you will pay shipping fees if you would like to change the items and you have to pay return and new items shipping fees for their mistakes. They will say they can refund you only 10% refunds of total amounts but never do anything. They blocked you.Bushland boutique is a dodgy swimwear company don't buy anything from them. Their products are very poor quality and worst customer skills. They don't deserve 😪 🤧 😔 😤 even one star. Zero Zero Zero star for you Bushland Boutique . Don't buy anything from them. Complete scam. Took over $100 aud and didn’t send anything. Complete scam. 3 weeks still not sent a thing. Criminal

I ordered the rouge red pyjama set. Spent $60 plus shipping to Australia. It’s meant to be “silk” but feels like raincoat material. Came smelling like literal chemicals. NOTHING like the pictures. I tried to email them a few times but got blocked because I asked for a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Do not deal with this company .. they are making it super difficult to return an unsuitable item ..they have given me 3 addresses in one ( take my pick ) I’m not the kind to give up and if they keep it up I’ll be taking it further .. shop elsewhere ..
edit … Further to this, now my emails requesting the correct address is bouncing back unable to send …
So the moral of the story don’t touch these guys ..

I purchased the Oaklen Waterproof Leather Boots based on the description on their site that they were leather and had a lace up fitting system. Neither is true. The boots arrived and were made entirely of a synthetic rubber material with a zip only. Customer service wanted me to post back to China (from Australia) for a refund or accept a 20% refund and keep the Boots. When I pointed out they had breached Australian Consumer Law, they were indifferent and still have the misleading information on their site. This is clearly FRAUDULENT practice. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
I am currently pursuing other avenues with my bank to have my money refunded.

Do not deal with this company if you think you can exchange your goods.
I ordered shoes size 40, too small, wanted to exchange for larger size.... no return voucher. Address China. Post costs VERy expensive not happy

Ordered what looked to be some great men’s printed swimming shorts for $60 only to receive something cheap and nasty and not swim short material at all. Very disappointed and when you write to them it says their email does not exist.

I have had a terrible experience with this company. I ordered a shirt and it is very different to what was described and pictured on their website. I paid £35 for a shirt that must have cost pence to make. The colours are different to the website and the material is cheap synthetic material.
They have refunded me £7 and this is the best I could hope for after going back and forth via email. I tried to return the top knowing that I would have to cover the cost but they said that they would strongly advise accepting the £7 refund as it is a hassle to process the return… Also, the return address in China could not be found on the DPD website for me to return. They have refused to provide me with contact details to take the complaint further and contact the Dutch Company that owns them. Unfortunately, I think this is highly likely to be a completely sham of a company.

Never hand your money over to this company! Their products are totally inferior and substandard. You will be bitterly disappointed. They will not send you a refund and make you chase them many, many, many times without processing your refund, wasting your precious time and money. If you enjoy frustration and being treated poorly and disrespected then these are the products for you!

I bought the Melissa wrap dress and cream and black.
I have just received my order (the cream dress more yellow, then cream) is false advertisement) here is why:

Description stated cotton blend
It is 100% polyester

The black dress ordered the same size as a cream dress (and it’s two size small smaller.

The tie is at the waist and not the hips as advertised.
I raised my concern with the company and all they can say is that they sorry I didn’t make my expectation and offered me a 10% refund. The photos are not the real item, the company tries to copy the photos.
