We have purchased a number of items from Currys and their dedicated business team have also been extremely helpful. Our support manager Francesca has been able to solve any issues we've had with returns and deliveries and offers great customer service.

The item turned up with the front glass smashed. Asked for it to be returned and this took two phone calls and a Webchat. Told to go in and speak with business centre - did so and return took 4 days to process - processed wrong item and driver due on Monday to pick it up , all slightly frustrating.

I have ordered AC from Currys Business - it was outstanding experience, I have coordinated with Daniela Dumpe for our order, and she has arranged everything so quickly- all responses were prompt and she make sure our order processed without any issue. Overall it was a pleasing experience.

Natalie, Business Support Specialist was brilliant. So quick, warm and easy to work with. Raised a return and collection from our property. Refund was processed. As easy as that.

The experience was undoubtedly made far higher by James and his professional, personable and attentive actions. I had placed an order for a fan, which then cancelled due to stock depletion. Then i saw them back in stock, so reordered, only to learn there were no products available. James was faultless and 5stars+ to him and the team.

Super helpful company to work with, Matthew is always a great support when needing any new tech or reccomendations and Lacey in the customer care was really communitive and helpful with my return. Thanks!

Ordered online, business card was charged twice because the first attempt said error, after 9 days still no refund for the duplicate charge and no update or contact since last week. Not acceptable, will have to contact bank or start small claims court to retrieve duplicate payment. WILL NEVER USE CURRYS AGAIN.
POOR POOR SERVICE. TAKING TWO PAYMENTS AND NOT REFUNDING THE DUPLICATE IS NOT ACCEPTABLE

Both Danielle and Ella from the Business Support Specialist team were hugely helpful! I input my address incorrectly and Danielle reached out to within on the same day and correct. 3 items didn't arrive due to this error, so I called and connected with Ella who looked into it on the phone with me, credited me the items (as they were returned to the warehouse) and then shipped out the items again. I received a dispatch notice and invoice the same day, and received the items the next day. Both were incredibly kind and courteous. Highly recommend!

Sophie was extremely helpful in arranging delivery of a product after not initially receiving our product. She kept checking in to ensure a successful delivery, which was much appreciated.

I recently dealt with Charlie Foggo from Currys Business and received excellent customer service throughout the entire process. Charlie was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and responsive from start to finish. Every email I sent was replied to quickly, and he always took the time to clearly explain what was happening and keep me fully updated at each stage.
Nothing ever felt too much trouble, and his communication was outstanding throughout. It made the whole experience smooth, stress-free, and very efficient. It’s refreshing to deal with someone who genuinely provides such a high level of customer care and attention to detail.
