Transferred over on Wednesday afternoon, provided my pac code, inserted new ee sim on Thursday morning, no service at noon so called , told wait until midnight Thursday , Friday am nothing called at 9am told to wait until midday, no service. They did manage to send me my first bill though.

If you run a business forget ee , I’m now 40 hrs with no phone or message service and I’m trying to run a small business

I called in and spoke to Kul to port a number in for one of my business lines the process was seamless and as someone with techno phobia she was great

I actually got to communicate with a real person who was not only sympathetic to my issues but he went above and beyond to sort them out. Than you so much Chris Essler. Called EE Business Sales team and spoke with Diana. She went through all plans and said she would email me. NO EMAIL
I called again four days later and asked her to email me. Whilst not only forgetting who I was, she said she would email, NO EMAIL
I called a third time FFS, this is new business coming to you as a warm call from someone who wants your services and you cant be bothered sending an email. I gave up after the fourth call and the moody person stating that she gave the message last time. I guess this sums it all up. Lack of customer respect and inability to deliver their service. If Diana worked for my company, I would fire her.

Quite a complicated change of ownership issue, closing accounts, opening new ones.
