Yana was fast, professional, knowledgeable and courteous.

My regular person, Leslie, was out on vacation and Dean, his coverage, stepped in flawlessly and got me taken care of. Excellent job. Dean called me and got me taken care of quickly and very professionally. He was excellent to deal with and knew the answers to most of my questions right away.

I had to state what I wanted several times, and it never seemed like I was understood. Mike booked an outgoing ticket using my United points and credit card, but it didn't go all the way to my destination. A return ticket was attempted with a different credit card and even tho my card said pending. I never got booking record for that flight. I locked both my cards at that point and there was another attempt made on my card. Don't use the service. They're hustling hard. I wish I had booked nothing with them as I've now had to piece meal my whole trip.
