Shocking. No one picks up a phone, answers an email or responds to a callback request. Arbitrary invoices arrive, impossible to resolve queries, litigious and rude manner.

Awful, about the worst company in the world, I am trying to find the cost and if it will suite our needs.
I fill out their contact form 2 weeks ago, got a call back then nothing. So I chased again, got a snotty email asking me to ring them. So I did 4 times no one answers.
If you want a credit report for UK companies try DNBI at least they can be bothered to talk to their customers.

Originally this was Risk Disk when we signed up in 2012 then went over to EBE and continued it up to the current time. Until, I agreed the renewal for our subscription in March 2023, I month before it was due so as to avoid a break in the service. On April 13th 2023, I discovered I was shut out of our account with no warning. Experian failed to send an invoice and on trying to make contact by phone with the Lady we renewed with I could not get through as it was constantly busy and even the ring back service did not happen. I called another number for the office and spoke to a man who informed me he was in Bulgaria and he could not give me any reason or information as to why these events had occurred and assured me he would email the lady in question and get her to contact me. So here we are 4 days later and no contact apart from a standard email reply! Even when I finally sent them a cancellation of the contract that had actually never even commenced due to the total lack of service. So today 13/04/2023 I thought, "1 last shot to perhaps speak to someone and get a respectful explanation and hopefully a result." On ringing the number for small businesses on their website 1 800 303 1640..... it doesn't work and cannot be reached. Being worried the company has been taken over by scammers and frustrated and disappointed we will never be able to feel we can trust them again.

Terrible - we are renewing this service for the year. firstly had to chase for the renewal invoice, that arrived after our subscription expired. paid and still did not have access for 2 weeks whilst they 'could not see our payment' despite providing remittance. ironic for a company that provides credit rating services..

Had a good service initially. Tried to renew, but no one answering the phone, no reply to emails. Very poor service. No option but to go elsewhere.

I reported a serious error in one of their reports where a company's financials were out by a factor of 1000. They have not corrected the error and are still presenting knowingly inaccurate information over 3 weeks later.
This is just one I know about - it makes you wonder how many mistakes there are in their reports, and how many people make poor judgements based on them.

Long standing customer, offered monthly payment in June 2020 for my subscription took it as Covid affect was a worry, no 1st DD claimed and I have been threatened 8th october, my account cut off 2 weeks ago and every employee says someone else will reply..appalling customer service.
My company credit score has twice moved to unsatisfactory due to an over due invoice was 89!!!!..first time 8th october what a coincidence !! then told its my late accounts..year end June 2020 filed 5th November whereas last year filed end of December..credit score moved back to good and then on Monday when another update of invoices over 80 days it has gone back to unsatisfactory. All my suppliers are paid within terms due to Covid.. I don't owe anything apart from 2nd June £50 to Experian as they refuse to claim the £50 and correct their error. previous complaint from another customer is spot in right..avoid at all costs

WARNING ABOUT EXPERIAN. They will make a mistake and not take a payment from you. They will then write you aggressive emails try to force you to pay again payments they did not take in error. They will then disconnect your service but try and force you to continue to pay them for a service you cant access. In my opinion DONT SIGN UP WITH THEM
