I ordered a mystery box and a few additional items and basically received a box full of air that cost me $38.00 for shipping. Every item in the box could be found on Wee or at the local Asian Market. Save your money. In addition the shipping price only popped up only when I had already hit Apple Pay so I could not even stop it. If I had known they were charging that much for shipping I would have never purchased. The social media influencer posts are nonsense if you are not them you are not getting anything worth the time or money.

Zero stars this place is a scam and I'm currently having to take legal action for refund

Do not order from here. Huge scam! Canceled my order and did not return my money like it's says they would on the web. Asked me for a rating then canceled my order shortly after. Waste of money and time.

Do not order from this company! I placed my order, paid for my items including a hefty shipping fee and they have not sent my items or responded to my emails.

BussinSnacks sent me the wrong order then proceeded to not respond in an efficient manner after I reached out to them via email (telling me they cant view or see the picture, that you need to return the items you received (you dont return food items), and not issuing me a refund.

One of the worst customer experiences. Action has been taken against this company. Stay away.

Signed up with my phone # to get free shipping on my order. Sadly the coupon is capped at a $25 value and my shipping was $30. If it had just applied the $25 I would have paid the extra $5 and gave them my business. Too bad my kids would have gotten a kick out of trying all the things in the large mystery box.

They refunded my money but provided no communication at all.

I did not receive my full order, and I have tried to contact the company through email and social media. They mark my messages as spam.

I really wanted to love this. I will say the pro is the variety and that no snack was stale (I’ve had this problem with other companies). However for the price, it is insane. There are products on the website that I could go to my local Asian grocery stores that have it and get it WAY cheaper. Thankfully most of my mystery box didn’t have anything I’m familiar with (other than skittles and haribo) but it came with a plethora of drinks I will never touch and wasted my money on. Spending $100 on box of that stuff just wasn’t worth it and completely overpriced. Either buy it separately - not a mystery box or check your local stores (if you’re lucky to live in a diverse area).

Our family was excited to try this just for fun. We had ordered the $45 mystery box before and that was great. This time almost everything was horrible. We had seen so many of their packing videos so we thought we’d get some great items and maybe 1 or two some of us weren’t fond of. But I searched up the items and a lot could not be found on their website. After paying I think 125 total we got 3 drinks and 2/3 candies that were edible. Everything else was disgusting and just unbearable to eat.

Why i say a 3 is because I ordered form them and got a beat up box with all of my chips crushed up and this is a gift for my dad.

I ordered prime drinks back in February still waiting all I get is waiting on fulfillment no will answer where my goods are there good at taken your money and then don't respond

I ordered 3 items and only got 1. I think it was a bug but I got charged $46 for 1 bottle of prime. The shipping fee was $37!!The prime was $9, which was ok, and then $37 for shipping fee!! Give me my 1 blue raspberry and 2 ice pop!!!!

WHY SHOW A FANCY BOX THAT YOU DON'T GET? TELL THE TRUTH. YOUR SNACKS ARE DELIVERED IN A REGULAR BROWN CARDBOARD BOX.. AT LEAST MINE WAS. SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!!! I BOUGHT IT FOR THE BOX TOO. I purchased the $45 Mystery box and at first I was taken aback because I only received 7 items. I went on their website and noticed that it does say in the description that it is 5-7 items. I then also checked the prices and what I received was worth over $60! I was happy with the items I received. I specially loved the Doritos Pepperoni Pizza, they were to die for! I understand that the prices seem high but, I wouldn’t have been able to try these snacks cause I don’t like traveling. Overall I would definitely order again. I love that I get to try items made in other countries.

I would give zero stars if I could! Ordered 2 boxes for my kids , paid over $100 and literally got 10 items , 3 were broken open, 2 expired, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Trust the poor reviews, I wish I did!!

Ordered a mystery box from them just a few expired chips, a terrible sugar free Fanta, and basic cheery gummies that weren’t “exotic” what so ever. They give content creators decent looking items then scam the buyer.

I ordered a snack box and was due to receive it on 1/25/23. Everything was fine until the box was actually supposed to be delivered. Initially the issue was withe shipping courier(ups) as they said that the package had been delivered when in actuality they had not delivered the package. I attempted to reach out to bussinsnacks.com who took 2 days to respond(initial request was to see if they could help locate the package) after almost a week there was no response. I emailed them again with no response. I posted in their tiktok page with no response. So after almost 2 weeks I filed a dispute with my bank and they finally responded. They told me to wait until today to contact them regarding a refund. So i contacted them today and was informed that because i filed a dispute with my bank i would not be receiving a refund. Do not buy anything from them they are unprofessional thieves.

I ordered a bunch of things from their site and I ordered two of a certain thing and never received them in my package. I contacted them right after my package was delivered to let them know my items were missing. I got a reply back a day later just saying they’re in the insulated mailers and to open them. I replied back telling them there were no insulated mailers in my package so I do not have the items and have yet to receive a reply back or a refund. I spent $20 on two snack items I never even received.

the snacks themselves were good i was given a snack by my friend and she ordered me a box when we had a sleepover mind you I stayed for a month because me and him were having a bsf month and when my friend went to proceed my snacks his card had no more money on it after when he called his card after because we called before hand to make sure he had a enough money and after it said he had 0 dollars after when he should of had some left over but didn't my box was messed up and ripped a soda busted and a bog of my chips had a hole and so did my candy
