I am happy with my order. The delivery was quick and everything arrived in perfect condition. However on the website on item had country of origin as Italy but when it arrived it stated EU.

Country of origin is a significant factor in my purchasing decision as I prefer not to purchase goods from certain countries.

Ordered some organic powders tumeric and other organic items these items are amazing prices extremely reasonable well packaged and came in the appointed time frame speedy arrival.

One part of the order came quickly. When I contacted Busy Beans Organic about the rest of the order that came quickly as well. Very pleased with the bags that sealed the product..

I purchased the buckwheat from this company expecting the country of origin to be Eastern Europe which is how it was advertised.
Disappointed to find that it was grown in China.
After saying that it was well packaged, delivered on time and good value for money.
I felt that the product details should be made much clearer.
Thank you for your response to my e mail and for explaining the situation with different suppliers, which did not occur to me before, I appreciated your offer of a refund which I declined, it was the right decision.

The buckwheat is really good quality and so is your customer service.

I liked all products but the licorice root came as 3 large sticks in different packaging. Not as in the picture on website.
