Butchrbox has gone way downhill on quality and customer service.

Fantastic meat, excellent offers over the years to get “Free for Life” deals. Delivery is almost always amazing. Being in the Houston area we have had a couple of boxes arrive warm and customer service handled it expertly. We have been buying monthly from Butcher Box maybe ten years? So two warm boxes in our weather is nothing to be upset about.

Love having so many options of quality meat show up at my door, especially during a time when it is getting harder to trust where your meat comes from. Love butcher box!

Love it. Everything is so good

The quality of your meat/fish is great! I can definitely see a difference between cooking/eating your product vs the grocery store. I won’t even buy it from the grocery store anymore if I run out of something. Also delivery is fast. The way you package it keeps everything still frozen when unboxed at home. Also, one time there were some items missing from my box by mistake and your company rectified it very easily. It was easy to fix on your website and you sent me the corrected items pretty fast. Overall, love it!

I have had a subscription for a number of years now and they consistently deliver my orders in a timely manner and offer healthier protein options for my family versus the supermarket. They also offer a very wide range of options and I can always find what I am looking for.

This is my 3rd month with Butcherbox and I love it! All the meats and salmon i order are top quality! My 21 year old son loves it too! We get turkey meat, ground beef, chicken breast, salmon, burgers, hot dogs and steak tips! We get bacon and strip steaks for free! It saves me money, and i don’t have to go to the supermarket to keep getting meat!

ButcherBox is the BEST! Their meats and products are fantastic - so high quality, and so reasonably priced. I’ve enjoyed almost everything I’ve ever had and it’s so easy and reliable to have the delivery with a mix of items to stock our freezer. I’ve used ButcherBox since the first year they started the business. One of my favorite companies!

I have used ButcherBox over a year. I have been very satisfied with the quality, choices and shipping this company offers. Their customer service is very responsive to any issues or questions. Having an outlet for quality meat that is sourced from responsible & reputable ranchers in the US!

All of the meat is so good. The scallops are the best we’ve ever purchased.

This last delivery arrived so quickly, the dry ice had big chunks in the box. Perfect. I realize things happen in transit beyond BBox's control. When those no shows or delays have happened to me, your service department has always, every time (2 or 3 times over 2 years now) we have worked out things together to my complete satisfaction. I love not having to go grocery shopping for good meats because they are hard to find. I also really like the specials with good discounts.

I’ve had a great experience with ButcherBox! The quality of the meat is excellent, the products are fresh, and the convenience of having everything delivered right to my door makes life so much easier. I love the variety of options available and appreciate the care that goes into the products. Overall, I’m very satisfied with ButcherBox, I give the company 5 stars. The delivery service I give 4 stars as they don't follow my instructions.

Very high quality meats and well packed (especially the beef/pork cuts). I've had the subscription for years at this point. Only had one delivery have issues and that was due to a statewide blizzard halting shipping companies (which I was comped for). They've mildly increased in price since I started, but it was minor and due to inflation. I'm very happy with their services and the rotating add-on sales are great.

The meat is good quality but you cannot connect with customer service when needed. They have a customer service number but no one answers it. Doesn't matter the day of the week or the time of day. They also promote a live chat but when you initiate a chat, the only response is that someone will email you later. My meat box was delayed in transit and arrived thawed. I understand that these things happen but it's unacceptable for a company to be unreachable when an issue arrises.

I always get what I ordered. It arrives packaged and frozen and is delivered to my delivery table on my porch. The meat is always what I expect. Great quality and wonderful flavor.

I switched to Butcher Box many years ago and have been a satisfied customer for a loooooong time. I like to know that what I am eating is being raised in an ethical manner. I've pretty much tried every protein on the menu and have been happy with everything
