Our school recently experienced a history trip with all the details planned by Butler Travel. The students and parents had a fantastic time and Butler Travel was amazing handling last minute changes for us. We will definitely use Butler Travel for future trips!

Through the years, I have given Butler Travel some pretty difficult jobs to arrange. I fly to six countries during a trip and within some of those countries. Butler has taken the worry out of travel and made it much more relaxing. They get the bookings prepared quickly. I have called them from other countries in the middle of their night and they have been on top of the problems caused by foreign airlines. Sometimes, they even seem to work miracles, (although I usually leave those up to Someone else).

We have enjoyed the personal help - thorough and timely - that the Butler Travel staff has given our Gospel Outreach volunteers in planning international flights. They are great to work with.

Stefanie was very responsive and offered great suggestions. She listened carefully to our wishes and was professional and kind.

I have used Butler travel for fifteen years. I travel a lot and I only use them when the going gets complicated and tough. Trips to Africa, multi-nation quick trips, really complicated fares and schedules, stuff like that. This last week we were stuck in Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania. No internet, artillery in the distance, no flights into the interior. A really unsettled situation. The ATMs weren't working. I had bought our primary tickets online myself. I was able to call Butler Travel and Nathaniel was able to buy us tickets out immediately. Everyone was running around with cash because they couldn't buy anything with their credit cards. We were in an amazing position of having concierge travel services in a crisis. Nobody else knew what to do. We just called Butler Travel. You can believe me when I say, "Thank you" to Butler travel. I have used Butler for about 4-5 years now for the mission trips I've organized. It is so much easier, and a lot less stress, for me as the group leader to use Butler versus getting group contracts myself, which I did for quite a few years before I heard about Butler Travel. A couple of years ago my husband didn't have confirmation he was going till the day before leaving for Libya. I looked online and could not find good flights to get him to their meeting point on time. Prices were sky high. So I called Butler. Though it was the day before travel, they got my husband on flights I didn't see on the internet and at an amazing price. Since then, I have used them for all international flights I book, whether for mission groups or just personal travel. They answer my emails promptly and have always gotten me better prices than I can find on the internet. It's been a real blessing working with them.

Stefanie, Nathaniel, and all were highly efficient and knowledgeable. They did their very best to answer my questions and were very patient with me! That said, the profile form was confusing and not at all user-friendly. I suggest editing it carefully. One of the issues was that I could not upload my passport photo because it was in the typical iPhone HEIC format.

Everyone that I've had the pleasure of working w/ @Butler Travel has given me exceptional attention to my travel requests. They are of course very competent but in addition they are conscientious and caring. I've been a client of Butler Travel since 2022 when I went with an Adventist group to the Holy Land Israel.
