Misleading marketing advert.
I mistaken ordered 4 fans as the advert was showing as a cluster. I immediately emailed emailed Airabreeze to cancel the order on Sat 27/6/26.
Dear Ms Adewumi,
Thank you for reaching out, and I'm sorry for the frustration here. Let me summarise what I can see on your order:
Order #B76616D499 - placed 27 June 2026, dispatched 29 June 2026
4× Mini Portable Cooler - £223.60
4× Extended Warranty - £39.96
Standard Shipping - £8.95
Total charged: £384.31
Tracking: YT2618000705950368
I'm passing this to a teammate now who will be able to look into this properly and assist you further. They'll follow up via email as soon as possible.
I have been emailing daily but all I get marketing emails to use my credit
This is Julie from the billing team at AiraBreeze.
I'm reaching out because we're currently doing a system-wide cleanup of inactive loyalty points — and your account came up.
You have 233 unused credit points that were reserved for you based on your order history. The issue is that unused points don't carry over after the cleanup runs — and ours is scheduled to process in the next 3 hours.
I flagged your account manually before it went through, which is why you're getting this message directly from me rather than an automated notice.
But I can only hold it for so long.
To keep your 233 points active, you just need to confirm them before the window closes. It takes one click, and they'll lock to your account automatically:
> Confirm and Use My 233 Points
Once confirmed, they apply at checkout toward your next order – 85% off, no code needed.
If you don't confirm in time, they'll be cleared and I won't be able to get them back for you.
THEY HAVE REFUSED TO REFUND MY CREDIT CARD.
I even emailed that I will raise it as a dispute with my credit card company and report on Trustpilot. No response. No refund. No delivery.
I think they are scammers.
