I was very weary about using a company like this to sell my caravan as we've always sold privately but just didn't have the time to this time, we put on a tentative enquiry expecting a generic emailed price, a lady called chevaun rang and took some details, she came with a price a few hours later and we accepted although it was a bit lower than we originally anticipated. A driver came out two days later and inspected the caravan, they paid us into the bank a few minutes later. Great experience, thanks to all the team especially chevaun.

Seller Beware!

Be careful if you’re considering selling your caravan to this company. We had a very worrying experience.

Their technician came out to inspect our caravan and told us it was riddled with damp which we found incredulous and I’m afraid unbelievable. He spoke to the boss, out of our earshot and then came back and offered us £1500 lower than the original offer.

We were indeed very surprised as we’d had a damp test undertaken 3 weeks before by a qualified service engineer who found only a small patch near a window which he suggested we monitor. We also had a report from when the caravan had been serviced a few months before that showed similar result’s. Obviously we refused their adjusted offer and took the caravan straight to the main dealer from where we had bought it, who is registered and qualified to do tests and for carrying out warranty work. This also found only a slight damp patch near the window with all other areas showing low readings with no action required.

After three damp reports which varied hugely with what their technician had claimed to find we were very concerned that either their technician was incompetent, he did in fact tell us was not qualified but knew how to mend caravans, or there must be some other reason for this improbable result.

When I raised our concerns the manager told me the technicians are “very experienced” and he would be very surprised if they had made an error although mistakes can be made. Our experience was very much to the contrary. The guy, I don’t know his name, but he came in an old black Audi. He was a big man, very affable. He whizzed around the caravan with his damp meter along the top of the walls against the ceiling claiming the readings of 40 to 50% moisture was recording. This was around the whole caravan. We advised that he was measuring along the inside of the awning rail which can interfere with the electro magnetism of the meter causing much higher readings, he mumbled something and brushed it off when we pointed this out to him. Not only this but every other space that he checked he said there were high readings.

He did not show us what was being recorded nor did he fill in a damp inspection report form.

We weren’t satisfied with the way this was dealt with by the head office, who, as they did not acknowledge incompetence or a mistake being made, I can only assume there was some other reason for this very improbable reading which led to them devaluing our caravan. When I asked for a copy of the damp report I was told they are all shredded. Oh but he did offer us another damp test free of charge!!!

PS I have given one star for the polite, friendly and efficient operation. Shame about the rest.

Excellent service from communication to purchase can not praise the service of this company enough,
I suggest honesty is the only way forward in description of what your selling to prevent disappointment,
we just sold our caravan to them from receiving the initial offer to inspecting and purchase was all professional, great communications, no pressure or tricks, payment within minutes.

Excellent service from start to finish. On inspection everything was explained clearly and although issues I was unaware of reduced the initial quote I was left feeling satisfied that Richard and Bradley went the extra mile to give excellent customer care. I would highly recommend this company.

I felt disappointed. Rung them up and they gave me a quote and in their words said they don’t come out and tyre kick. Guy came out said meter found damp and gave a dramatically lower quote. The initial quote was already lower than I had hoped to sell for but felt that overall I’d not be able to do better after what was said to be an independent inspection. But I found out later that the amount offered was on the bottom of the scale when the rest of the caravan was in the inspectors opinion “immaculate”.

Prompt and polite service with settlement on the nail. I have no hesitation in recommending this company if you want a hassle free sale.

Have just bought a new van so needed to sell our 2006 Abbey Vogue 540.
Bit sceptical of these types of internet companies, however the dealer gave us a part ex value, but wanted to charge so much for collection that we’d be giving it away.
Contacted buy all caravans who were professional and quickly gave a decent quote and arranged collection.
Graham came to assess our van in the Dales and did find a few damp issues, plus a hole in the floor at the vans rear - so in the end our offer was only 25% of the original quote - but Graham was great, professional and there was no pressure to buy. In the end got a better offer from these guys than the dealership so I went with them. No complaints as my old van owed me nothing at all and the experience was very easy and stress free.

Great buying experience from beginning to end. Values came spent 40 minutes inspecting the van and fed back to base any issues. Price offered was price quoted less a reasonable reduction due to tyres being out of date. Money arrived into my account immediately.

Simon arrived on time and checked my caravan over thoroughly ,he also gave me some good advice about how and where to check my next van.
He then told me that it was in good condition. Unfortunately the company told him to offer me £500 less than the original price (in the advert they say that if the caravan is as described they won’t haggle) I refused and he rang them again and they offered £250 less than the original price. I refused and he left. 5 minutes later he came back with the full amount. Once again Simon the surveyor was great but he was only doing what he was told which wasn’t so great.

The process was very straight forward jack turned up on time , went through the van with me gave his report back to the office,

and a deal was done excellent service

Very Professional and easy to deal with from start to finish. We were kept informed throughout the process. We were given a date and time when someone would be out to view the caravan, this was was also confirmed the day before. Simon arrived promptly and after viewing the van he made us an offer which we accepted and by the time we sorted the paperwork payment transfer was completed.

We found this company very friendly, efficient, helpful and true to their advertisement at all times. We accepted their initial offer and were kept informed of the process at all times over the phone and in emails. We received the same as we were offered with no waiting for the money. Would definitely recommend if you don’t want the hassle of selling privately.

My dealing with this company was great up to the surveyor arriving.
I would have liked £14,500, an offer of £14,010 came back, subject to survey - I had informed them of scratches. My caravan was worth much more, but accepted a dealer would offer far less. A “surveyor” came. Unfortunately, I did not go into the caravan while he was in there, my BIG mistake- do NOT let this happen with you. He claimed my service was done by a con man who used a cheap damp meter with pins in. That was NOT the case, I was with the service man all the time. The attitude of the surveyor regarding my service company annoyed me - he said he missed the damp by the front window in September, I said that it would likely have been perfectly okay then, and noted we had really bad rain at the early part of the year. If the surveyors attitude had been okay, my star rating would have been more, however, I felt I could not trust him due to his constant slagging off of the service company, plus he had obviously not looked all over the caravan as he had no idea where the plate was for the microwave.
An offer was then made of £12,500, no negotiation, that was the final offer. Against my better judgement I finally accepted that offer. Please keep with the surveyor ALL the time, do NOT let them out of your sight, you will then have a better idea if they are telling you the truth or not. With me, karma went straight back to him as he damaged the caravan taking it away.

Fair company to deal with. Professional and prompt. No messing about and responsive to queries re pricing. Sold our motorhome in less than a week. Good service.

I had a really positive experience and wanted to share. Richard was incredibly professional from start to finish—patient, understanding, and genuinely took the time to listen, even while I was going on about a previous bad experience with another company. It made a big difference.

I contacted Buy all caravans as we have decided to give up caravan holidays! Spoke to the office staff who were so helpful. It was 2 lads Jack & Josh that came out to carry out the inspection, very well presented lads, helpful, polite and explained everything to me while carrying out the inspection. I was given a very fair and reasonable price, payment was made immediately. They then took the caravan away. Would highly recommend them, thank you once again.
