A special mention has to go to Alex, who was absolutely brilliant. He went above and beyond to make everything as straightforward and stress-free as possible and was always helpful and easy to deal with.

Second time back at Buy and go to change my car again. Fantastic service. Extremely helpful, fast and efficient. I can't thank this company and the staff enough. Highly recommend them I'll never go elsewhere. They are amazing. You won't be disappointed the cars are fantastic and prepped to high standards. Description of my motorway sale with buy and go cars
Firstly I have to say all staff I encountered were pleasant and polite.
I sold my AUDI RSQ3 to buy and go through motorway platform for a price which I accepted
THE INSPECTION.
What to prepare for when they come , I have never experienced an inspection like, I mean they are forensic with the cars bodywork pointing out to me extremely small imperfections bearly visible to the naked eye
1.Stone chips 2mm across , one visible only when on your knees on the bottom edge of the front bumper
2. Side wall of two front tyes cracked , again I could not see this
3.Chip in windscreen , definitely could not see that one !
4. Is was pointed out I had a nail in one of the rear tyres , NO MY FRIEND! I removed this myself , it was a stone .
Overall the inspector pointed out around 10 different barely visible imperfections , my car is a 2021 model in exceptional condition for a 5 year old vehicle , what were you expecting !!!!?, you bought the car at auction price ,a good price !
So where's all this leading I'm thinking to myself ?
well this all comes clear and apparent when later the company buyer calls and low balls me by more than £2000 , REJECTED straight away , I was keen to sell the car but I was not going to mugged off so I came down a little bit on the auction price stating strictly no counters which he said he could not go to, conversation over.
Blow me down 10 mins later he comes back and counters me !!REJECTED
comes back again another offer REJECTED
comes back a final time REJECTED
says he will shutdown the motor way sale
The next bit apart from not selling the car was the only thing that really disappointed me about the salesman,
He's parting comment,
" of course I will have to upload the pictures of the issues we found with your car "
presumably to motorway, seemed to me like a last ditch attempt to get me to sell , NO MATE not desperate!
With all the above said I will reiterate that the staff members were polite at all times .

I purchased a BMW 440i from Buy and Go…
I purchased a BMW 440i from Buy and Go Cars for over £22,500 and unfortunately what followed was one of the most frustrating ownership experiences I have ever had.
Within the first 30 days of ownership I reported multiple issues, including a persistent squeaking/chirping noise from the rear of the vehicle, a poorly fitted rear seat trim panel and a broken boot hook. The noise was obvious, reproducible and recorded on video.
Having just spent over £22,500 on a vehicle, I reported these issues promptly and in good faith. At the time, I had absolutely no way of knowing whether the noise was something minor or indicative of a more serious mechanical issue. Any reasonable person would have raised the same concern.
The vehicle was collected for repair and I was informed the issue had been resolved. However, upon return, the exact same noise remained present under the same driving conditions. The vehicle then had to be collected for a second time and escalated to BMW for further investigation.
During this process I was left without the vehicle for a significant proportion of my ownership period. I repeatedly had to chase for updates and spent weeks dealing with a problem that should never have become as prolonged as it did.
One aspect that particularly frustrated me was the discussion around the extended warranty. I was encouraged to purchase additional warranty cover at the point of sale, yet when issues arose shortly after purchase, the warranty was discussed as part of the solution despite the faults having been reported almost immediately after taking ownership.
The most disappointing part of the experience was the feeling that my concerns were not being taken seriously. I was left feeling as though I was overreacting for raising a genuine fault. However, after a failed repair attempt, multiple collections and escalation to BMW, I was eventually informed that the source of the noise had been identified and traced to the exhaust flap, which was subsequently adjusted. That only reinforced my belief that my concerns had been entirely legitimate from the outset.
Even after being informed that BMW had identified the source of the noise and carried out corrective work, I was not proactively provided with the BMW diagnostic report, technician notes or repair documentation relating to my own vehicle and instead had to request this information myself.
To add further frustration, the vehicle was collected from my address by the dealership and throughout the process I was led to believe it would be returned in the same manner once the work had been completed. After weeks without the vehicle, I was then informed that it was available for collection. Given that I had been left without a vehicle and the dealership had arranged collection themselves, I found this response both impractical and dismissive.
The vehicle was eventually returned to me with a chipped front splitter and covered in bird droppings. After everything that had already happened, this felt like a final insult.
At no point did I feel that the disruption, inconvenience or loss of use was properly acknowledged. There was no courtesy vehicle, no meaningful apology and very little appreciation of the fact that I had spent over £22,500 on a vehicle that spent a significant amount of time back in the dealership’s possession rather than on my driveway.
To their credit, they did eventually escalate the matter to BMW and undertake further investigation at their expense. However, by that stage confidence had already been severely damaged by the failed repair attempt, prolonged disruption, poor communication and the overall handling of the situation.
The sales process was smooth. The aftersales experience was anything but.
Based on my experience, I would think very carefully before purchasing from Buy and Go Cars again.

We would also like to clarify that at no point were your concerns ignored. Every issue raised was logged, investigated, communicated with you, and ultimately escalated to BMW for further assessment. We remained in contact throughout the process and worked continuously towards a resolution.

With respect to the vehicle's return, we understand your disappointment. However, collection and delivery arrangements are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not always identical throughout an aftersales process. Nevertheless, despite this, we arranged for the vehicle to be returned to you.
We are also surprised by the reference to bird droppings, as this was unrelated to the reported vehicle fault and is unfortunately something outside of our control once a vehicle is transported and exposed to normal environmental conditions. Equally, had any damage occurred during transportation, we would have expected the matter to be reported immediately so it could be investigated appropriately.
We fully accept that vehicle ownership issues can be frustrating, particularly when diagnostic work is required over a period of time. However, we believe the record will show that we responded to every concern raised, arranged multiple collections, carried out inspections, engaged BMW specialists, covered significant costs, and continued working towards a resolution throughout.
We thank you for recognising that the sales process was smooth and that further investigations were ultimately undertaken at our expense. Whilst we respect that your experience did not meet your expectations, we remain satisfied that we acted professionally, responsibly, and in good faith at every stage of the process.

An absolute pleasure dealing with these guys, particularly Dan & Rosie. I also dealt with someone on the phone prior to my visit, who was also really helpful (sorry, I forget his name). Went to sell my car here, having had the usual patronising nonsense with other dealers. No nonsense here, just really genuinely nice, polite people, making the whole process of selling my car absolutely seamless. I was nervous about the payment within 24 hours, but money was in my account in less than 24 hours, so absolutely no issues at all. If buying from this place is as good an experience as selling, I would highly recommend going here.

Sold my car on the motorway platform to…
Sold my car on the motorway platform to Buy and Go Cars, the experience was so seamless and very very fast. The whole process took around 4 days including pick up and payment .
I know like myself some customers are wary about the 24hour payment policy . The company were very professional and payment was made within the 24 hour period , my car finance was also paid off within this time frame by the company .
The team were super friendly and kind and I would definitely use this company again :)

Excellent customer service
We had been looking for a while for a quality used car and found this company online
Fantastic customer service from our phone call to see if the car was still available as we are not local.on arrive very welcoming and friendly staff. We were allowed to look around the car we had come to see with no sales pressure, very informative about the car and it’s capabilities during the test drive, again no pressure while we took time discuss if this was the car for us.
We were offered a fair price for the car we were trading in. Once we decided to purchase the car again excellent customer service helping us to tax and insure for the car so we could drive away the same afternoon.
If you are looking a quality used car I would highly recommend this family run company.

Fantastic family run business
Sev and the team at buy and go cars are absolutely fantastic. They quickly gave me a fantastic part ex change price for my car and quickly set me up with finance that was a lot cheaper than I planned for. The whole process sas done within two hours and I picked my new car up yesterday and I couldn’t be happier with it. A full tank of petrol and in immaculate condition to head back home.
