I was a repeat customer and had previously good experiences, which is why I placed another order.

On 8 September I placed order #[order number] and paid [amount] via [payment method]. Since then:

The order has not shipped and no tracking information has been provided
I have submitted [number] support tickets and have not received a single reply
The company has taken my payment and gone completely silent

I've given them every opportunity to resolve this privately. Two weeks of silence after taking payment is unacceptable.

All I'm asking for is the order I paid for, or a full refund. If this is resolved within 7 days of this review being posted, I will happily update it. If not, I'll be reporting the company to their domain provider Paknic

If you're reading this and considering ordering: be aware that they will take your payment and then ignore you. I'd strongly advise against it until they start responding to customers.

The shipping did take a bit I won't lie, but it was worth it. The pills worked exactly as described, they gave me free samples and the customer support team was very good! Highly recommend.

My product finally arrived after 20 days, despite placing a US-to-US order that, according to the company’s website, should have taken only 3–4 business days. As a long-time customer, I know that a 20–30 day wait is typical for overseas orders, which are also almost three times cheaper than US-to-US shipping.

What truly frustrated me was receiving a message just two days after placing my order stating that my package had shipped, yet I did not receive a tracking number until 13 days later. All the company needed to do was be transparent and explain if there were unforeseen circumstances. Instead, I received no responses until I began posting negative reviews.

That said, I want to be fair in my assessment. This company has always delivered a quality product, and I have been ordering from them for seven years. They also provided me with a $150 credit toward my next order. Additionally, when I’ve ordered from overseas in the past and a package was confiscated, they have always sent a replacement without issue.

Perhaps the delays with my last two US-to-US orders were due to supply chain issues, but clearer communication would have made a big difference. Overall, after seven years of experience, I still consider them a reputable company that stands behind their products.

I have been waiting for three months and still haven't received my order.

Asked for a refund and their 'no questions asked' has been far from accurate.

I may need to accept the fact that I cannot get my money back, or my order.

Please don't buy from this site, or any that are linked to modafinilxl support.

Placed order on 10/10/24, it is currently 25/11/24, and still no update. I have e-mailed support many occasions and receive a generic 'we are investigating' response. After a few more e-mails from my side, they have gone silent. I have had a couple of other orders that came through with no issues previously but they have really dropped the ball lately. Not happy.

It is a legitimate company and there customer service is spot on and reply to your concerns promptly. You do get what you order, Usually take longer but thats expected for the distance so plan accordingly🙂

Buyer Beware. Sent ach funds and then told it didnt go through to send again. Went to website and it was being down for some reason. Suspicious. When it looks too good to be true....

They stole my money. I have been going back and forth with their customer service for almost a month sharing details and n images of the payment and they just tell me that they will investigate. They're doing anything and they are just window dressing for the theft that has occurred. Find another site.

Only after a year do I receive a message, but it is certain that I have not received an order and certainly no money back, so I would like to know if I can still get my order
( Order #103141R ) 20 days after an order that must be delivered within 3 to 10 days, I had contact with the customer service for the second time. I am told again that they are going to look again and send the tracking number and then you will not get anything anymore and you hear nothing.

I had a good experience in the past but my last Order #122968Y has been stock in the deposit waiting to reschedule the delivery without even attempting once. Impossible to reschedule the delivery from the courier side, impossible to pick up at deposit, no answer from the website customer support. I hope they didn't start to scam people

The products are excellent! Modalert and Wakalert work wonders for me! My only complaint is that paying with PayPal is always a hassle.

I ordered my order 16 of December I live in the UK, so I took the UK express shipping and they said it would be a 3-5 day delivery on the website.

Its been 12 days and the only thing I have is a tracking number WD789980699GB when I paste in Royal Mail Track and trace is says

"Sorry, we're currently unable to confirm the status of your item with reference WD789980699GB. Please try again tomorrow"

I'm very disappointed with my order. Before this site I use to order from modafinil XL and never had any problem with them, it's a shame this was my first try with them and it doesn't look good.
