Ordered a standard Case 4.0 and was sceptical due to the low reviews and the Yodel tracking showing it as AliExpress. Upon arrival, the case had nice packaging and looked great. It’s very thin, wraps around the phone well, and the cutouts are precise.

Within a few weeks of use the case loosened slightly not enough to fall off, but enough that you can feel movement when holding the phone firmly.

Three months later, the case has aged poorly. Although I only keep my phone in my pockets, the matte finish has worn off since day one and now shows lots of visible scratches. It has scratched far worse than my screen protector. The case also lets in a lot of dust and debris, which has scratched the back glass of my 15 Pro.

TLDR: Nice to use at first and feels really nice, but it doesn’t age well and not worth the price. I won’t be buying it again.

I ordered two cases.

Returns are only accepted with a 20% processing fee. Return shipping costs to the USA must also be paid by the customer. A rip-off.

There is no customer service at all. I wanted to cancel my order, but no answer. I got my order and was asking how to return it, and no answer again.

Do not trust this company. Been over a month and nothing was delivered. Emails take weeks to get a response and they do not help. Scammers, is what they are. Beware. That are based outside the USA and portraying themselves to be American. That are in Asia. Scammer site

I placed an order on 27th December. The following day, as stated on the website, I contacted support to request a change to the order, asking to replace it with another mobile model within the same price category.

Unfortunately, my request appears to have been ignored. Two days later, I received an email confirming that the original order had already been shipped, with no acknowledgment of my change request.

It has now been four days, and I have still not received any response from customer support. At this stage, even if a reply comes, it will likely state that the order has already been dispatched—something that could have been avoided if support emails were reviewed in time.

This experience raises concerns about the effectiveness of the customer support system, as contacting support seems to have no impact before shipment.

Overall, I am very disappointed with the lack of communication and order-handling process.

Ordered a case and screen protector for my iPhone air. Both arrived damaged. Contacted support who requested photos. Have not heard from them since sending the photos of the damaged product & packaging (except for their spam/marketing emails which I did not sign up for). I even messaged them on instagram which also had no response.

I would highly recommend you stay clear of this company.

If you look at their reply even the email they provided is full of typos and does not exist.

honest buyer - i thought this might be a scam, or maybe not get the product i wanted, but i took a gamble because at the time of this review, tac only has 2.1k followers and it didn’t seem like a trusted brand, but this case is gorgeous dude, super nice and slim, looks like it’ll fall off ur phone but it doesn’t, cut outs are SO precise, and i really fw the lip around the entire frame of the iphone 17 pro because it helps protect the camera even more, overall probably one of my favorite cases i’ve ever bought bc i love minimalism and i love to still admire the beauty of the phone behind the case, which clear cases don’t do as much because they are usually bulky, def recommend this case, keep at it tac 🤝🤝🤝

I absolutely love the weight and size of this case. Hardly feels like there is a case. I reached out to customer service when I damaged the edge of my case and their replies were quick and they rectified the situation quickly. Great company and phone case!

The iPhone case from BuyaTac was solid and different from the others. Their customer service is excellent also, ready to take comments and respond.

Thought they were scammers but finally received the order.

I placed an order over two weeks ago and I’ve still not received it. Their website claims 1-3 day despatch but there's been no updates. I’ve tried reaching out to their customers services, no response. I’ve tried reaching out to them via instagram and I was told they would send it today. I’ve asked for an update and some confirmation but now my messages are being ignored and they seem to have blocked my account! Save your money and find a more reputable company.

I have bought their iPhone 13 case and it came in and was fine. But now I'm trying to return it to get a different case but they won't reply to any of my emails. Terrible customer service, okay product. Not the best case you can get for the amount of money you're spending.

This matte screen protector is a very good quality. Very good at not leaving much smudge or fingerprints all without distorting or lowering the resolution much at all. It gives the phone a completely premium and modern look even when the screen is off, rather than the oily shiny affects of other non matte screen protectors. They also give a whole installation kit to get it just right. I failed to install my screen protector properly and they went ahead and sent me another one. Great product and customer service, no questions asked!

I ordered a matte screen protector, after waiting for almost 3 weeks i received a MATTE screen protector. I wanted to see through it and applied it on my phone, followed instructions carefully but still has bubbles everywhere.

Over a month later, after reaching out to the company, they said they’d send a replacement — this time the correct one. Then I received a message from UPS saying I’d have to pay import duties upon delivery. I contacted Buyatac again, and they confirmed they’d cover this fee. They specifically asked for the UPS invoice so they could pay it.

However, when the delivery driver arrived, the fee hadn’t been paid. Instead, Buyatac added the amount to my account as store credit, even though they had clearly stated they would cover the import fees directly.

Great product. I really like the sleek & thin design while protecting my iPhone from damages.

Received the iphone 16 pro max case, case looks good, unfortunately the bottom of the case broke with in the first 2 weeks. Good news was after reaching out to customer service, they responded quickly and provided a replacement. Great customer service and communication.

My case broke but they were kind to replace it quite rapidly and customer service was fast too!

The standard case 4.0 is a super-thin case that is both stylish and functional. I love the tactile buttons on this case; it almost feels as if you don't have a case on your phone, while still providing a good level of protection for daily use.
