I actually got my item real fast and it’s legit! i love this app it also sells for way cheaper and a better alternative to any other website that’s selling stuff. for example such as starpets is a little complicated and slow for me.

I bought 68 dollars on a thing and they said there “ out of stock” and they will “ get more tomorrow” so I wait… and wait.. and wait until I ask how much longer and they don’t respond and I do it 20 MORE TIMES AND THEY WONT GIVE ME A REFUND. DONT TRUST THIS WEBSITE

BuyBlox has some really great qualities. The prices are excellent, the delivery speed is impressive, and the way you receive your items is smooth and reliable. In those areas, I would honestly give them 5/5 stars.

However, I want to give some honest feedback regarding customer service, because I don't think it matches the high standard of the rest of the platform.

First of all, response times can be frustrating. Even when you are already in an active conversation with a support agent, it can sometimes take up to 10 minutes to receive a reply. I understand that they may prioritize customers with BuyBlox Plus, but as a regular customer this can be disappointing.

Another issue is that they seem to constantly encourage customers to accept refunds in the form of store credit rather than receiving their money back. In my experience, if you want the refund returned to your original payment method, the process becomes much more complicated and time consuming. I don't believe this is good customer service, and it often feels like they are making it unnecessarily difficult for customers to receive a monetary refund.

Finally, I have noticed that different support agents often provide different answers to the same question. This creates confusion and makes it difficult to know which information is correct. In some cases, it even seemed like certain agents were not fully familiar with information about their own platform.

Overall, BuyBlox offers great prices and fast service. However, I believe the customer support experience could be improved significantly to match the quality of the rest of the service.
