Easy and simple process

Met your local Rep JP who guided us through the process. Very pleasant man. The goods arrived. Very happy

Easy to chat with, helpful customer service and quick delivery!

I was overcharged, got in touch with both Scott and Maria by email and phone. It was a glitch in their system that had caused the problem. The Team at Buy Bullion have been very helpful and rectified the problem immediately. I highly recommend Them for a reliable and satisfactory service

Fast delivery and great service. Thank you

Fast and easy purchase. Packaged arrived quickly even though they were under pressure from large quantities of orders at the time.

I was overcharged for 2 orders I placed in January 2026 due to a website glitch. It was a lengthy process to connect with someone to discuss (hence the one star deduction), but once I was able to talk to someone in person the customer service offered was excellent. Thank you so much to Adam who went the extra mile to get my problem sorted. Happy customer, will be buying again.

Easy to trade with, great communication at every step of the journey

Great experience

We needed to raise some capital, and decided to take a risk on a new company as our normal dealer wasn't available. Buy Bullion were easy to deal with and had a physical location where they walked through how they did business. I have dealt with them two or three times now, and each time it has been up-front and clear how we will proceed.

I have purchased from BuyBullion a few times now. They are extremely prompt with their service and it's a very easy site to navigate. The goods I purchased arrived well packaged and in good order.

The BuyBullion where excellent communicators and moved with speedily to deliver my silver.
I recieved a call from them to tell me when I can expect the delivery and and means of collection.
They were also extremely polite which went a long way.
