Mine was a reorder. I order 3 sharps containers every order. It's easy to order online. But it takes a long while to fill up 3 containers. EMP makes that part of my life a pleasant experience.

Very disappointed
Very disappointed. These are. devices for accident victims urgently needed. I placed order through Amazon for 34
Curaplex extrication devices. Six boxes with 4 each arrived by Fed Ex.
As per your shipping it states that six boxes were sent. There were 4 in each box. We are missing 10 extrication devices. I will be filing a dispute with AX payment to you since Amazon does not know what to do . I hope we can settle this without further situations.

Hello Nancy, we absolutely understand the importance of urgency knowing that the products we sell are vital in providing care and saving lives. In this situation, it looks like the order was entered as 2 Day Shipping as requested and was picked/packed/shipped that day but then got held up with FedEx. I am reaching out to FedEx now to get more insight into what has happened here as the package has not move since arriving in CO on 12/18 after being held in Indianapolis since 12/13. This delay is unacceptable and if FedEx cannot confirm you will have your package today, I will place a replacement order to be shipped out to you overnight.
