Bill was absolutely fantastic
Bill was absolutely fantastic. He took extra time with me to help direct me to a solution for my fire alarm system. I would recommend buy fire alarmparts.com to anyone who needs assistance with their fire alarm system. Especially older obsolete systems that you can no longer get parts for Bill was a lifesaver!

Amazing Customer Service
I've bought many parts from Buy Fire Alarm Parts. Every single time, they get back to me within an hour or less. They have great Customer Service and can answer any questions you may have. The price is great. The shipping is reasonable. The Communication is excellent. They are the first place I look when I need a specific part or item. Even if it's not on their site. You can call them or email them, and they will get back to you. I've done both and have had satisfaction both ways. Amazing Customer Service. Highly Recommend!!!!

I ordered a Notifier FSP-951R-IV Remote…
I ordered a Notifier FSP-951R-IV Remote Test Photoelectric Smoke Detector for approximately $250. The part turned out to be incorrect, which I understand was not your fault, and I returned it.
I was then informed that the detector was considered “used” simply because the address knob had been turned, and my refund was denied. The detector was never installed, wired, programmed into a system, or placed into service. The address knob was only turned while determining whether the device was the correct part for the application.
I was offered a refund of only 50% of the purchase price, which I do not believe is reasonable under these circumstances. The detector was returned in essentially new and unused condition, and adjusting the address setting does not constitute actual use of the device.
Total BS business practice.

We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed with your return experience. We appreciate you taking the time to share your concerns, and we truly value your business. In this situation, the device was purchased in new condition and had been returned to us altered from its original factory condition. Because these are life safety products, we have to be very careful about the condition of anything we put back into inventory. Once a part has been altered, the warranty is voided and we cannot resell it as new. We understand this may not have been the outcome you were hoping for, which is why we offered a 50% refund as an effort to help resolve the situation. We always do our best to work with our customers and find a fair solution while maintaining the quality and safety of the products we provide. Thank you again for your business. We truly appreciate the opportunity to work with you.
