Brought 2 things . But then when we brought it I have gotten. Scammed

My son wanted to order something from buygag.com, but I was skeptical of the legitimacy of it. I placed an order for my son on June 26 and it took awhile for me to figure out how to claim the item and when I finally did, the item was out of stock. I tried again for a day or so and it finally came back it stock and then getting the item was fairly quick and easy.
Since everything worked out fine with my first purchase I was fine with making a second purchase when my son asked again. I placed the order on August 14, and I have yet to get the item. It has said your ordered items are out of stock this whole time. When I try to go through claim.buygag.com it says “Shopify look up failed.” So I don’t know what the issue is. I know there is a banner across the top of claim.buygag.com that’s says there was a large increase in orders so there is a long queue and to expect delays. But 17 days? This is ridiculous. I’ve tried to email official@ buygag.com and mm2loot.contact@ gmail.com and have not received a response. I also noticed that when you click the link for the YouTube video showing how to claim your items, it says that the video has been removed by the uploader. I’ve tried looking at the discord server and saw the announcement about the technical issue with the claim page, but it looks like they posted on July 1 that everything was back up and running. From what I can tell, there has not been another post by the admins since July 10. I tried the claim-order support on there, but it says there are too many tickets and I’m unable to put in a ticket until space opens up.
I will be opening up a dispute with my bank to hopefully get my money back since I am not getting any response from any of the avenues I have tried.

I didn't get my raccoon and now my son is mad so please just accept his friend request he really wants it

Honestly I was wrong I did get my items. But the delivery was slow. But it still works! Do I recommend it? Yes. You just have to be patient

first i tought it was a scam but nah after u buy it u join a bot and it gives u the item why only 4 stars? lately there is some long waiting lines

At first I thought I got scammed by purchasing a butterfly from this website (Buygag)
A few hours went by, and then I was emailed to try my order number again.. this time, I got no error code and was sent to do the next step which was joining their server and putting my order number in the chat on grow a garden (Roblox)
The person gave me my butterfly and thanked me for using this service.

DO NOT LISTEN TO THE BAD REVIEWS GIVEN BY IMPATIENT PEOPLE WHO GAVE UP AND DID NOT FOLLOW UP BY EMAILING THE SERVICE PROVIDER (BUYGAG)

What I say is 100% true. Like I said, I thought I got scammed, but after my email got replied to, I was happy and now I can get the 50x on all my hard earned harvests with my new butterfly.

I did not get my items it said Shopify lookup failed I don’t know why but I want my pets or I will file and get my refund. Please send me my pets I bought 2xracoon and 2X red fox please I really want my stuff and it was worth 30 dollars please send it to me

Honestly everyone does not know about grow a garden that much because honestly when trading was disabled people bought from here and they couldn’t get their pets. Honestly just be aware that grow a garden disabled trading, otherwise we always had a great experience and I got 3 raccoons, 2 disco bees, 1 queen bee 2 chicken zombies, and much more with out a doubt they never scammed me or anything.

I cant even use the website i put in my email and its making me do it again. its really annoying. Has this happened to anyone else?

This website is absolutely amazing!! I've used it many times it each time it has not failed to deliver me my order! Seems sketchy at first, but it's actually trustworthy! Recently bought the "mega pack" and everything went smoothly! Another thing is the pets aren't the worst quality, for example, most sites that offer the same things, have pets that are minimum size, and often 0 age. But i got a raccoon that was a decent size and around 22 age! Very good site, will use again.

I have sent the request to the bot and the bot said that they were out of stock ok I check back the next day and the bot unfriend me. So I spent 20 dollars on the pro pack and now I can’t get my stuff cause the bot wouldn’t except my friend request.

Pet trading is now back so now you can give your best pets to anyone now

Unfortunately I trusted this people and now I have my daughter about to cry because there’s no way to claim the “raccoon “ they are selling. Completely disappointed.I hope this people get sued arrested or face consequences for scamming people! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME IN THIS SCAM!!!!!
