The Glass art that we ordered turned out far better than expected. Lexi helped me through the whole process, she was excellent at her job from start to finish. I would highly recommend this company.

Great product, great experience.
I purchased 1cm toughened glass for a staircase. My contact was with Ryan in sales, he was a pleasure to deal with, helpful and gave good advice. Delivery was on time with useful updates and a friendly, accommodating driver delivering a quality product. I originally had several quotes and this was the cheapest by far. I would not hesitate to recommend or use again.

Very happy customer
Good communication with Ryan from the beginning, answering technical questions and assisting with some initial delivery issues. Very pleased with the 8x 10mm toughened glass panels all at different sizes and all supplied within 1mm of requested sizes. Beautiful polished edges and 5mm corners rads look really smart. Would definitely recommend.

Incompetent company Don’t use!!
When ordering glass and paying for the item online I should not have to be faced with being asked for more money to pay for the item due to faults from the company. If a deal was made and item was paid for you should honour that sale regardless of your incompetence. I would advise to look for another company or be prepared to pay additional cost on top of sale price. Customer service was not at all helpful.

Antwoord van BuyGlass.Co
Mr Butterworth - As you are fully aware following our discussions we had been running updates on our website and an issue occurred during this meaning all of our prices changed and where completely incorrect. There where no additional costs as you mention in your review. There was a short period of time during the evening you ordered that the prices had been changed. As soon as this was noticed the following day the prices where corrected and customers notified of the issue and asked if they still wished to proceed but at the correct price. You originally stated you still wished to proceed. However I then issued the invoice for the balance payment to which you seemed to have some confusion over. You have then asked for a full refund which we are processing and you will have in your bank later this week so nothing lost from your point of view, No incompetence from our side just a technical issue beyond our control that you where made fully aware of. As you chose in the end not to proceed you will get every penny back that you originally spent.
Toughened Glass really good company
I called inquire about a whole sheet of 2100mm x 2100mm toughened glass and straight away , Yep we can do that.
I'd been let down by another two companies prior.
The communication and arranged delivery date were 100% perfect and delivered on the date organized

All went okay with the order
All went okay with the order. Good value . Unfortunately, we had issues with the fitting of the glass ( it cracked) as we should have made the glass about 6mm more smaller to allow for the tape and some tolerance. Decided to just replace the full window now.

Stair and landing 10mm toughened glass.
The staff at BuyGlass have been extremely helpful, from the sales to the delivery driver. The prices are very competitive, at least 30% cheaper than buying locally. The quality of the glass is excellent and very well finished. I would highly recommend this company.

Glass for a hearth
I needed some thick glass for a hearth. I called at a local supplier who offered me two thicknesses of glass on a "take it or leave it" basis. I scoured the internet and eventually came across BuyGlass. Almost endless options, rapid turnaround, simple and convenient delivery and a price that was cheaper than my local supplier.

Very happy customer!
Very happy with the whole order system. Delivery was seamless and the delivery driver was extremely courteous. We received a telephone call in advance of delivery on the day to give us notice of when the delivery would be made which was really appreciated. Would highly recommend this company.
