The Customer Service Agent was very direct and polite. He listened to my issue and explained the process for resolution to my satisfaction.
The issue is that I was unaware you cannot use the IPL Hair Epilator if you have certain skin conditions. I was unaware of that until I read the operating instructions that was included in the item’s package. The warnings were not shown, to my knowledge, in the item’s sale ad or I inadvertently missed it if it were.
My order hasnt arrived , no tracking updates AND each response is … we will get back to you BUT NOBODY HAS . Is this another scam . Very disappointing

The lady was extremely nice and helpful. I’m sorry the product was not to be used if you have eczema or psoriasis. Since I have some of both, that is the reason I need to return the epilator. Mitzi was very prompt and sending me the email to give us the return started. She was very polite and I very much appreciated that. Thank you.
