I would give zero stars if that was an option. Placed and order almost 3 weeks ago. Poor communication with them trying to get an update now their website is shut down. Incredibly disappointed.

I made my first order last Saturday so…
I made my first order last Saturday so eight days ago and my tracking number just updated today, good communication with them but they said that they would resend the order where it was taking so long but I'm pretty sure they just didn't take it to the post office until yesterday because the whole time it said electronic info provided which makes it seem to me like they didn't even take it untill I started e-mailing about it. So a week later and it's still in the mail I will update if anything changes.

They aren't total crooks
Be very slow and carefully precise when placing your order. If you mess up the eTransfer message with the invoice number there is no way to contact them to straighten things out, or they will deliberately ignore you. Also, the last batch of bulk s-ket was cut with something insoluble which screwed up my research/treatment plan.
This is the first time this has happened and it's still useable (no fentanyl) but I'm now very wary of doing business.
Hopefully they will see this message and fix things and I can post a follow up review.
