I placed my order on September 1. The order confirmation stated that all balls ship the next business day.

On September 11, after receiving no shipping update, I contacted customer support asking when my order would ship. I only received an automated response stating that most orders are processed and shipped within 1–4 business days.

A shipping label was finally created on September 14. As of September 15, the tracking still shows no carrier acceptance or movement.

It has now been two weeks since I placed my order, and I have not received an actual response from customer service.

I ordered a pack of 24 balls on August 28th. It is 12 business days later and I still haven't received them.

To make matters worse, I reached out to their customer service team regarding this delay, and they responded once saying they had a sudden influx of orders and would make sure to expedite mine (since the usps label was printed with no activity for multiple days). That was over a week ago, I followed up 2 more times with customer service and they have not responded.

I understand delays happen, but the way that they handled this delay or should I say didn't handle it is why i won't be buying from this company again. Paying $9 for standard 3-4 day shipping, and not even receiving the order 2 full weeks later with no response from customer service is unacceptable.

This is my second time placing an order with BMB, first experience was ok and a slight delay with delivery. This is my second order and placed an order for 4 dozen balls that indicated they were available on August 23rd. It is now September 11 and it still shows label being created. I have reached out to BMB support on multiple occasions, with no response. There is no phone number for customer support as well.

Promised 3-4 days delivery. Six days later shows not shipped. Too bad

They totally over sold the quality of the golf balls they sell. They said the ones they sold me where hardly used and all of them were garbage 😔

Took three weeks to arrive. Balls were yellow and scuffed. I complained and they asked for a picture. Sent it and never heard back. Go elsewhere!

Quality of balls is just as advertised for the 2 orders I have placed. My only problem was with shipping. Standard shipping was $8.99 for 3-4 business days and both orders took 8-10 business days. I was not in a hurry to receive the balls but if I ever am I will not be ordering from here

I placed an order on June 10 and my card was charged on the same day. It’s now June 27 and I still haven’t received my order. I’ve emailed customer service twice and havent heard back from anyone. I’ve used their service before but will no longer. If a product is not available and you can’t fulfill the order in your marketed timelines, it shouldn’t be available to order.

First and last time ever ordering from these guys. First off, ordered $90+ worth of balls and qualified for their free shipping. Their free shipping was advertised 3-4 business days. I ordered on a Sunday and my order didn’t arrive until that next Monday. Upon questioning it, their customer service response was due to inventory backlog. If you do not have the product in stock, mention it on your website like you do for other products. Furthermore I ordered 4A and 5A balls (near mint and mint respectively). Nearly 20% had major scuff and hit marks, which is contrary to their advertising and a few out of the bunch had major cracks in them. Terrible service, even worse product.

I see what they are trying to do but they should not have 3A balls as an option. I purchased them as there were not any 4A or mint available. When the 3A balls showed up 2 of them had gashes and 1 with a slice that was pretty obvious it had been knicked by a mower blade. The description for 3A says minor scuffs but they were so bad could only be used for chipping. Also some were in water for quite some time and I am pretty sure I saw them say in a video that they don’t use balls from water. Not to mention that if you return you have to eat the shipping cost. I have never experienced that before. They are quick to reply which is awesome but could practice better product and customer service standards to make the overall process better on both ends.

Bmb is a professional company that takes care of the customer from start to finish. The products are always as described and sold at a massive discount!

Great Balls. Bought 3a first and didn't fully pay attention to grading description. They were great to use when playing by myself after work. I've ordered a few times since. Won't go anywhere else
