You never contacted us. You didn’t even reply to the email where you received the proxies. The support link is clearly displayed in the top menu and is present on every page of our website. Furthermore, you didn’t provide a real name for us to contact you. Instead, you chose to post a negative review on Trustpilot. This appears to be a deliberate attempt to harm our reputation
The service is really bad. Proxy is expensive but the quality is poor. I bought dedicated proxy but only used it for 1 day and all of them are not working. Changing new proxy also cannot work
