I know everyones tastes are different but the cigarettes were not good. The BB's that I buy on the street in Toronto are much better. I don't understand why these cigarettes seem to be different from one carton to the next. I've decided that this is the time to quit.

Awesome service from these guys. I was expecting to receive my order sometime the next week and I end up getting it 2 days after ordering. That is without paying extra for express delivery service. And from the other reviews about receiving free gifts all I was expecting was a free pack of smokes as the other stores offer. Well I was shocked to receive over $30 of free gift ranging from candy to some Brown Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies. And they are not the kind you give to your kids. I will be buying my smokes from these guys from now on as they have given 100% customer service.

Was a little hesitant on buying online but ended up pulling the trigger to try it out. To no fault to them, Canada post damaged the first order, but what made it a positive thing was the customer support were extremely quick to help solve the issue and the communication from on them was better then most large companies. Because of that I will be a long term customer as I know someone cares on the other end and is actually willing to help solve the issue. A+. Ps. The reorder showed up without incident and some items were out of stock so they had to send some different kinds. Thank you again.

2nd order, again it took about a week to get to Nova Scotia. Some extra goodies (chips & candy, thank you!) in with the order. Got 10 cartons. Appreciate the tracking number so I know when to go to my mailbox for pick up. Will continue to use your company. No complaints, no service issues. Easy to order, numerous choices, prices are great, shipping is fast but not free, order and shipping confirmation faster than most brand stores. Though if you pay by credit card, you get charged a fee that doesn't appear until after the transaction is finished????

I ordered back Jan 3rd but and received to my surprise a few gifts. I may have given a not so good review about how long it took to get here. I was wrong to give a bad review because it was Canada Post that was the problem.
