Reasonably priced products and a quick and reliable delivery service are a recipe for successful businesses. Although I have only made 3 purchases (Huel drinks), my experience to date has been very positive and I anticipate making making more purchases in the future.

delivered to the wrong house and retailer ignored my request for help.
My package was dispatched promptly but delivered (by amazon) to some random house with a different number and street name 400 yards away. pictured as being left by a front door which was not mine. it took some detective work and visiting a lot of doors to find it.
I messaged the retailer but was completely ignored.
I recognise that delivery mistakes may happen even though you would think reading the address label would be a relatively easy task.
Im really disappointed with the after sales service. therefore will not be using this retailer again.

Ordering and delivery spot on. Beef jerky, flapjacks and choc biscuits were well received by all. The pretzels were more like broken biscuits than pretzels and very salty, borderline too salty too eat.

First class service…
I have ordered coffee beans from BuySnacks for sometime however my latest order did not arrive in the usual swift time after placing it so I sent an email. I received a reply within a couple of hours to advise that it had been lost in transit by the courier. However they sent a replacement the same day by Royal Mail first class tracked and I received it next day. Their service could not have been better, from keeping me informed and the replacement order being sent same day.
