Not what I wanted, but the owner tried to assist
I paid for an account and initially contacted the company several times about my order at their admin email address with zero response. After 3 days, they finally reached out to me and sent my account. It was a Spanish language motivational account instead of an American beauty type of account which is what I wanted. Needless to say I was highly disappointed. It would have been nice to know that this wasn’t an English account, nor a beauty account upfront, I would have never purchased it. The owner was professional and offered to exchange it for me to an English motivational account but I had already gone through the verification process. Lesson learned.
