Atrocious service. And apparently overpriced! We paid £80 for them to replace a phone screen 6 month ago. All of a sudden, the screen has stopped working. We took it back to them to repair as a screen should last longer than 6 months. They said, they only guarantee it for 90 days. It is clear they don't carry out repairs efficiently, but seems very much like a scam to me, they repair phones badly so customers need to return to fix the problem they caused previously. Complete cowboys, unreliable and untrustworthy.
We have since taken the phone elsewhere who took the phone apart, confirmed everything was fine apart from the faulty screen and have repaired it for £30.
I would avoid Buzz box at all costs, there are plenty of other places on the high street that offer the same service, but at a fraction of the cost.

During the covid pandemic my mobile phone was damaged and unusable. All the mobile shops were closed, Samsung doorstep repairs were impossible to book and I was desperate. I was told about buzzbox, a local firm and so googled them. I read that although their shop had to remain closed, they were offering a collection and repair service. The website clearly stated when they would be operational. They were working intermittently, but I was able to book and pay online via paypal. My phone was collected, repaired and returned within 48 hours. Communication was good and I think they were AMAZING! I would definitely use them again. Local is always best. Thank you
