I'm a new Buzzcube customer and so far... I'm loving it! After getting the first project loaded up and started, the response and quality of the work has been great! It has exceeded my expectations and I'm excited to start my next project with them. I would highly recommend Buzzcube.

Buzzcube solved my design needs bottleneck. Having them take a template and reproduce piece after time consuming piece for my organization was a life-saver. Anyone considering supplementing their pipeline with an additional service vendor that supports design and web, you should definitely consider Buzzcube. I've used them now for over a year with great results.

My experience with Buzzcube has been amazing. I found the company at a time when I needed to fill in some of my team positions, and their efficiency, design skills, and customer service made things easier and saved me both time and reduced stress to help get projects done at a high-value and timely manner.

While they will say that this isn't typical, we tried a total of 3 projects. The team was not able to finish a single project without us having to take it over. The one site they did the most work on took more than 3 months, and we still had to take it over. They did not listen to directions which caused us to repeat ourselves even though we gave written notes along with loom videos explaining. I mentioned our issues several times with nothing being done. Then I tell them ahead of time we will not be renewing services with them and they charged me anyway.

Like most of these companies, everything sounded really nice on the initial sales and onboarding calls. Once I got into the actual service, though, that’s where I got to see the reality

First of all, it is an incredibly slow process to get any website done. They advertise to you on Facebook as being able to do these designs in 48 hours, but you later discover that is just for a basic homepage, if you want an actual website done, it’ll take multiple weeks by the time it is designed and developed. You’re basically paying $650 a month just to get one decent website if you’re lucky, maybe the beginning part of a second website as well. They also market that they give you unlimited revisions, which they do, but what they failed to mention is that it almost takes a full 24 hours to have any revisions done. My point being, if you don’t like something that was done, you’re going to add an additional day to the process for getting one simple thing revised. Because of this, it is very realistic for a three page funnel to take a full month for them to complete. Absolutely not worth the price, and if you’re going to do it for this price, you might as well just go on a freelance service like fiverr and have someone do the exact same thing for the exact same price except they’ll do it in 10 days or less and not a full month.

The final straw for me, though, was being blatantly ignored and charged despite canceling my subscription. At the beginning of the month, I asked them in the slack chat how I could cancel my subscription. They said that they would need to be messaged directly. So, a full 2 1/2 weeks before my next renewal, I emailed the sales person who got me into the program that I would want to cancel and no longer renew. I have never heard back from him (even by the time of writing this), so I messaged in the Slack chat if someone could please check that Nathan received the message. They assured me they would make sure he saw the message. I assumed I was good to go. Lo and behold, I was still charged again. To me, this is at worst a scam, and at best, just terrible communication on their part.

I do not recommend this company at all. The only reason I gave it 2 stars and not 1 is because they do eventually get a product delivered, and I would even say the designs themselves are good. It’s a shame to see an otherwise promising service have such bad communication, misleading marketing, and blatant ignoring of customers when they try to cancel.

I've been working with Buzzcube for a month and my first few projects have been web design and product packaging. With the right explanation and direction to the team, they have delivered exactly what I needed. Simple to add new "jobs" and the team is VERY responsive via Slack to keep project management simple and easy. Would recommend!

We love the ease of communicating over Slack, especially since our partners are in different time zones. Our account manager Rona Dela Torre is on top of it! She communicates when she logs on and off daily and responds to our messages always within the hour, and usually within minutes. The back office team is also top notch. They understand our requests and deliver amazing products in a timely fashion. Rona keeps us informed daily of the status of our projects. We are thrilled with the ease of working with the whole Buzzcube team as well as their execution of our requests. We highly recommend Buzzcube to any business!

Unbelievable customer service, it only took one or two tries for their creative team to get the theme right for the graphics and after that it was just one month after another for the Buzzcube team, creating amazing graphics. Our project manager Ksenia, was nothing short of amazing. Instant response to any of our questions and The projects rolling. You just can't get this level of service and this high quality of graphics for $650 US a month. That's literally two hours a graphics designer here in the US. If you're not using Buzzcube then you completely missed the boat. I will continue using this company for every site we design and every project that involves graphics. Very happy customer.

My experience with Buzzcube was really awesome. They pretty much nailed everything every time I asked them to work on something and I asked for websites, app designs, social media graphics and even pitch decks and everything came correct! Their customer service was great, they had multiple people always asking how can they help. I would use them again, and likely will when I have a new project to work on.
