The company has poor customer service if there is a problem with their order. I bought ten comments which they didn't deliver. I contacted the support and they said they did and should be hidden which were not. At the end of the story, they didn't answer anymore and stole my money for the service they didn't do. This company is not reliable

Support from this company is unprofessional and the website is poorly maintained. Their website has become too complicated for customers use.

I tried to buy comments with my Visa card and my payment kept getting declined. I contacted my bank and they assured me that they were not declining my visa secure 3D payments and that it was the merchants website creating the issue.

So they don’t take visa secured/ 3D, or Mastercard, their captcha is not set up on there website properly, and customer service doesn’t want to direct the problem to the right department to fix the issue.

Other competitors take all major credit cards which this site doesn’t.

They’re better competitors out there that are running better sites. This site is not worth the hassle. Don’t waste your time with this one.

They never deliver what you order and now customer service is none existent. They just take your money now stay away.

They do not communicate, explaining a problem to them through email. Its as if they will have a bot email you back totally ignoring the claim.

If I could give a negative review I would. Youtube views are from india and do not watch your entire videos. tanked my video. Showed them screenshots of their awful service and they told me they don't give refunds... Ultimately ruined my hard worked video's stats on the algo.

This will hurt your video ranking if you use.

They state that the views are high level retention. This is false. Someone should bring this site down for it's lies and deception.

Very poor communication. I'm trying to promote a Y.tube channel, and Buzzvoice have been making things extremely difficult recently. They've added Likes instead of Views, resulting in bizarre stats. Also, about 90% of the comments come from Turkish accounts. My client does not want to be seen as popular in Turkey...
Buzz voice very rarely reply to complaints and they never actually fix them.

Yooo!!!!!! Don’t ever use this website.. the most I usually spend is $20.. I was feeling good tipsy one night and I paid $130 for 1k subscribers and it’s been two weeks and My order still isn’t complete at all…it went from 200 to almost 800 subscribers then back down to almost 500 now almost in the 400s.. I’ve been emailing them and they keep saying my order is in progress and we can’t give you instant results because YouTube may flag them? So I’m thinking if YouTube flags y’all and your worried about that is this even legal? They robbed me for $130…don’t do it .. it’s a bad site to use for your music I’ve been dealing with them since last year and even their views go up and down.. I’ve never gotten robbed by them with $20 dallors even though the views go up and down and to the rate I paid for it’s just not a good look cause what if someone sees 3000 views then go to listen again and it’s now at 1k views 😂 this site will show people Your paying for distribution use a better site this isn’t it at all I’ve warned you..

Worst website even, paid and not delivered. Customer service not even replying. Be prepared to lose your money.

I purchased 100 likes for FB from BuzzVoice. They helped me to solve a "little mistake" that I made. A Buzz Voice Representative replied back to me, was very helpful, and answered all my questions concerning their service. I am a happy customer :)

I have a client who I purchase views and likes from BuzzVoice and for some reason he constantly loses views on his video! No matter how much he pays he keeps losing views by the thousands!! (3000-6000 views). Buzzvoice claims it's Youtube's "algorithm" but it seems to be more to it. I've addressed Buzzvoice about the issue and can't seem to get a reasonable answer. I know other people who have the same complaint and will probably be writing their own reviews. Be wary of them at all CO$T

I’m shocked at bad reviews here. I guess everyone only comes to trustpilot to complain only. Well, I’m a client of buzzvoice for nearly a year now. I have small business and they helped my growth immensely. Tried few other similar webs, however, not one provided the same quality services. I use them everyday, usually for likes and custom or real comments, I feel they helped my sales the most. I usually purchase followers few times a month, to keep the growth of the account.
I don’t have any complains on customer support as well. They reply to all my emails within 24 hours always even on weekends, if I have any issue. They explain everything simply and briefly, if there are any delay in delivery it is usually my fault, because I suck with all the settings and stuff, but they had always helped me to correct everything.

So definitely give them a go. You can not get perfect services with any of those likes websites, but this one is by far the best in the market 😉

You're only going to lose your money. Complete scam artists, no proof of delivery and extremely rude. Luckily I only tested this with a very small order. Avoid like the plague.

Do not order from this website. Their customer service is horrible. They are very rude and will be disrespectful to you in emails. Stay away. The order will stay on in progress and will never be delivered and they will refuse to give a refund.
