Byard Electrical & Renewables Reviews

I have used Byard Electrical & Renewables Ltd on two occasions in the last few weeks and have been very happy with the quotation, communication and quality of the works carried out on my property.

Ben is a very experienced and fully qualified Electrician and he provided good advice throughout the process, to ensure my upgrades complied with the latest regulations and safety standards. On completion of the works (New Consumer unit, new earth rod install, new sockets and replacement of light fittings) I was sent an Electrical Installation Certificate covering the work carried out and a sign off from the local authority building control (These are very important documents for future needs).

I would not hesitate to use Ben again in the future and he is highly recommended if you want the job done correctly, first time, on time and as per the agreed quotation.

We had a problem with our solar panel system and the company who installed it had gone bust. We didn't know who to turn to but Byards came to our rescue. They diagnosed the fault in the system and carried out the necessary repairs. They were very knowledgeable and clearly explained what the fault was and how to manage the system in the future. We would highly recommend them.

I've used Byard Electrical & Renewables over several years, from adding an electrical supply to my summer house, to a new fuse box and several things in between. They are on time, friendly and clear up after themselves. Most importantly, the work is to the highest standard and I trust them greatly to do the best job for me.

So far we have had no problems at all with the service provided

I highly recommend Byard Electrical. Ben is a professional who takes his work seriously and does an excellent job. He's very knowledgeable and advises in your interests and to your needs. We had a Solar system fitted, a second consumer unit with additional sockets in a garage and other remedial work in the house and all through, Ben's work was 1st class and he was able to suggest other options we hadn't considered. I cannot recommend him enough.

Really straightforward quote and fitting of an EV charter.
Ben was polite and helpful throughout. He helped us decide on the right charger and placement.
Great communication throughout and can recommend.

Excellent service. Good communication, quick to respond with quote. Would definitely recommend.

Ben the electrician kept me fully informed about arrival and came on time.
He was polite and kept me fully informed on the work to be done. Completed the work as required. Very satisfied and have no hesitation in recommending him to others

Ben is amazing — efficient, skilled, and always willing to go the extra mile. Every job is done perfectly and with great care. Couldn’t recommend him more!

Ben redirected my BT and internet cables making them much tidier. As usual the work was of a high standard and reasonably priced. Great service. Recommended.

Thank you so much for booking us in and carrying out the work so quickly. Work was to a very high professional standard and we are really pleased with our new EV charger, thank you! Would highly recommend.

Ben replaced a 30 year old 5 foot fluorescent light fitting with a neat LED one, skillfully overcoming several problems after he removed the old one. I was politely kept informed throughout the whole job so felt comfortable and included in the process. All work was carried out on time and priced exactly as quoted and agreed. Thank you Ben it was a pleasure to meet you and you will be the first person I will call if I need any electrical work in the future.

Ben worked quickly and seemed very capable. He did lots more than we expected in one day and stayed late to finish the job in spite of having to deal with unexpected problems with the existing wiring. Would recommend him.

Very professional service

Great company. Ben is so knowledgeable and went above and beyond. Fitting me in at last minute so I could move a tenant in to a property. Thank you, will definitely be using you for all our electrical jobs.

The quality of work that Ben does is outstanding, along with the slightest amount of damage caused, after just having a full rewire completed I would highly recommend Byard Electrical & renewable

Excellent service. Cheerful, polite. I would highly recommend

Ben was an absolute star! Helping me out with a slight emergency I had! Not realising I needed to arrange my own electrician for some work I was having completed at home, I called Ben on the off chance as he is local to me and I’d seen his van around. He was superb and managed to fit me in. Super helpful and friendly. Ben you saved the day! Thank you. Highly recommended and will certainly call on Ben again (with more notice next time!).

Ben had a mammoth task with our kitchen refit and despite the changing of the goal posts on numerous occasions he was accommodating, flexible and dedicated to getting the exact end result we wanted. I will be using Ben for all our further requirements as finding someone like Ben who is as efficient, prompt and doesn't charge the earth is a rarity these days.
