Got a bad quality suit and no response at all to refund

Their “refund policy” is very dishonest. I bought a pair of shoes that do not fit, and had to ask them multiple times for the return address only to find out that it is not the Netherlands address on their website but a different one in Hong Kong, which makes the shipping cost prohibitive for a pair of shoes.

NON COMPRATE NULLA! Ho acquistato un giubbotto pagando 130 euro. Non solo non è arrivato ma ricevo una email in cui sostengono che il pacco è stato consegnato (dalla Cina) indicando il codice di tracciabiità di poste italiane (così come da me richiesto al momento dell'acquisto) mi sono recato in all'ufficio postale dove mi hanno detto che quel codice non corrisponde alle poste italiane. Ho provato a telefonare alla sede olandese (nessuna risposta) ho scritto all'email indicata sul sito (nessuna risposta) ho scritto sulla loro piattaforma (nessuna risposta). Come la definireste se non una truffa?

¡Leed las opiniones antes de comprar! Esta página es un timo. El envío ha tardado semanas, pero lo peor es que la ropa no tiene nada que ver con lo que aparece en la web. La calidad es pésima, imposible llevar esa ropa. He pedido la devolución pero me temo que no lo harán.

Il capo dopo 20 giorni arrivato uno straccetto senza neppure etichetta comune dietro il collo pagato 80 euro! Dopo svariate mail se voglio fare il reso devo farlo a spese mie xkè molto costoso! Buttato via 80 euro x uno straccetto. NON ACQUISTERÒ MAI PIÙ NIENTE QUI. GRANDE TRUFFA! ROBA SCADENTE CINESE CHE NON PUOI RUFIUTARE.

Terrible experience.
It's been 10 days since I placed my order and nothing has arrived yet.

This so called company needs to be investigated for false advertising, zero trading standards and non existant customer service. One of their email addresses does not exist, the others are obviously not monitored because they do not reply despite stating that they will within 24 hours. Bought an item for Xmas which arrived after 3 weeks, nothing like what was advertised , size XL turned out to be XS disgraceful quality and unwearable. Numerous emails sent, no replies. 30 day returns long expired and no refund forthcoming. This " company " should be prosecuted

Bought a jacket online ,it looked nothing like the website picture,was poorly made and of poor quality materials even the colour was wrong.
Repeatedly emailed ByAssuli but yep No Reply,i even tried calling ,call failed over and over again. €120 loss
If anyone is thinking of buying from them, do yourself a favour and ring the number in their shop contact first ...its a dud

Hice una compra. Tardó mas de lo esperado y el paquete venía dañado. He escrito 2 veces para gestionar la devolución y no contestan.

Ordered a jumper for Christmas. It took 3 weeks to arrive. It was the wrong size and very poor quality. It didn’t look anything like the website photo. It looked like a cheap copy made on someone’s knitting machine !!

Have sent several emails asking for a refund, but no response !! Definitely wouldn’t buy anything from them again !! Breach of trade descriptions !!

This company looks like a fake. The phone doesn’t work, and they don’t reply to emails. I bought a suit that doesn’t fit me. I wanted to return it, but they are not replying to my Email . Be careful before buying on this website.

If you google their address, it looks like a residential house.
I think they are just a bunch of low life scammers.
Do not waste your time and money with this so called company.

The same happened to me. Made an order on 30/12/25, no confirmation email, no shipping or tracking and gave been trying to contact them for days. No reply to my emails and the phone number is automated, bot says "I think you have the wrong number" this is definitely a scam
