The sales staff were very knowledgeable, they were not pushy but seemingly more interested in providing all the information required to make an informed decision. The test drive was arranged the same day, the offices were plush and we were made to feel at ease throughout the process. Over all service was of a high standard, therefor we would recommend.

We were served by Kirsty, who was very friendly and informative. This was our first experience of plug in hybrid cars and we found the whole experience very positive. We purchased a car and have had it for a week. So happy with the quality.

I bought my BYD Seal U from the branch at Exeter. The team is very friendly, helpful and kind particularly Yasmin and Michael. The car is one of the best I have ever bought, very comfortable to drive , lots of safety and luxury options come as standard. Excellent milage MPG I am doing around high 40s mpg. I strongly recommend this car. It is better than many German cars with great value of the money.

Love our BYD Seal.... BYD Exter were great handing the car over etc but Unfortunately we have hit a problem with our car where both keys have been deleted from our phones and also remote control access to the car is now non existent. I have raised this problem with BYD since the problem began a couple of weeks after driving our car away we are now month 4 of ownership and still we have not got a resolution and we are still without remote control to our car. Freddie at Exter is lovely and very helpful this is not a review in Freddie because he has been great. But, we are really annoyed that we do not have remote control access to our car. BYD is anyone able to help with this? Car registration is WF25NPY. Thanks

Popped down to the Exeter BYD today with my two young boys, the staff were incredibly helpful, kind and patient especially with my two young boys who had definitely made a friend for life with one of the ladies!! Such a warm welcome from all the team and thank you so much for your time! The car was mega too!

What a lovely company to do business with. Dropped in on the off chance as we were in Marsh Barton actively looking at other brands. I think it took us about 5 minutes to realise that we'd made a very good move. An hour later we'd made our purchase and 2 days later we collected it. Can honestly say the whole BYD experience was excellent from the initial test drive through to the purchase of a new Dolphin Surf…a very impressive car. I was assisted by both car sales staff Chelsea & Chicaine on several occasions & who were pleasant informative & very helpful.

It was a really good experience buying my BYD Dolphin from the Exeter show room. I had researched the make and kind of car I want and noticed that there were several on sale at Exeter. Gemma helped me through deciding which one would suit me best and then when I went to pick it up it was all ready, clean and sparkling with a rosette on it! She then helped me through the paperwork and all the controls and I was able to drive it away that day. I was so happy with my new eV.

My husband and I recently decided to purchase an e vehicle for the first time and after lots of research in to the best options for us we decided the brand that was surging ahead and made the most impression on us and therefore the place to invest our hard earned money was with BYD. We had reviewed the various cars on offer and we felt the Dolphin Surf Comfort was best for us.
We had a short wait for stock to be available though this was available earlier than had first been quoted by the exceptionally good team that work at the local branch ( Kelven, Toby & Devan) we’re all excellent in guiding us through the process and we took finance to ensure that we could exchange the vehicle in 3 years if technology improves in that timeframe. Again all was talked through and the team sold us what we needed with out being over bearing
All questions around the move to electric were answered and we felt confident and excited by the teams enthusiasm to assist us.
We were pleased with the be price we paid.
The vehicle is excellent and in the last few weeks of use we are very happy customers and pleased with the choice we made.
We have recontacted the team to ask a question and again questions were answered and resolved.
