I love Erim’s products and have been using the hair oil for a while therefore thought to try out the rest of the range. However as there was a issue with the courier which resulted to a item being damaged after a few emails back and forth the customer service team have helped out by sending a replacement out. Thank you to the team for resolving this,

Worst customer service, met this erim in person and the way she spoke to my friend asking if she wanted to buy the products like four times without even explaining about them or letting her try them on.. like she was desperate for a sale.. this women needs to work on her attitude and customer service skills! Never would i ever buy from her, total put off!

Great product, run by a motivated owner/operator, who is always developing her product range to meet the needs of a diverse audience.

Been using the original hair product for well over a year and it's perfect. It's surprising how long a bottle lasts.

Unfortunately I have to take back my review comment. I did give it 5 stars as I used the shampoo and conditioner for 2 weeks and liked it. It’s been about 2 months now and I’ve seen so much hair fall out. Like you wouldn’t believe. My hair feels thin now. Was absolutely gutted as I bought the whole range. Won’t be buying again

I absolutely love the shampoo and conditioner! The scent is divine, and it leaves my hair feeling incredibly soft and smooth. After using it for a few weeks, I've noticed a significant improvement in the overall health and shine of my hair. It's also great to know that the product is made with natural ingredients and free from harsh chemicals. Highly recommend!

This product is amazing my hair looks and feels healthier and importantly it’s growing. The smell is amazing. I have been using the oil for 6months + and now I’ve decided to use the shampoo and conditioner which makes my hair feel full and amazing x

My delivery was incomplete (due to Royal Mail) but ByErim dealt with my query super efficiently.

It is shipping which went wrong, it was mentioned on the app that shipping is free but DHL delivery person was asking for around £46 pounds payment!!

I love loveee your oil!! I have been using the oil for about 5 months and just bought my second bottle. I really have seen my hair improving. I have less hair loss now and have seen regrowth and my hair feels soo much softer and looks shiner than before!!! The formula of this oil is perfect and the smell..omggg I love it! I put my mom, brothers, and friends on it too!! Also the team is really nice and helpful if you have any concerns or questions!
