Another scam

Another scam - the site does not exist. They make a copy of a site and get you on subscription.
I was charged in February -did not even realize i bought anything. Nor did i get the product shipped.
Then when i saw another charge for three bottles.. I have requested not to ship the second order ,but no reply and then i got two packages paid a month apart but a day apart.
Asked to cancel the subscription and a refund as i don't feel comfortable taking a vitamin from a site i have no trust in.
I received a link with the "refund"policy and when i googled and got on a site without the link sent - it is a different site that sells a different product - meaning their sites are copies.
The reply that I have received now -does not address the issue - I have no faith in the product and asked to cancell the second order - however I can not return , as they are in Australiaand it would cost me more to ship back . So I was offered 30 percent credit - I don’t want 6 bottles of a product I won’t use . And it’s not my issue that they had an issue with a site .

It’s very unfortunate that you have to make sure you check the validity of a site before you touch any buttons - as I don’t recall even ordering . They are very creative.

Terrible service and product. The money back guarantee is a scam too they will not refund me. And they have also sent out more bottles and charged me more.

Boarder line Scam

I am from Sydney, i ordered 3 months supplement, "Zerobreath", I can say i saw very little or no improvement for what they claimed. To my surprise, by ordering once, you go into this subscription mode where it auto orders, i personally believed it was scam like policy. If you are confident in your product, you should let customers decide how and when they want to buy your product. Apparently they have this policy aftermath where they offer you 20%/30% or 50% discount as a gesture of good will after your direct debit has been triggred, very odd. Pls be careful before choosing the product and make sure you are not going into this subscription model.

Bynaturale.com is a fraud!!

Bynaturale.com is a fraud!!! Please do not by from this company! I regret to buy 6 bottles because it was cheaper. The product doesn't work at all. Then after a few months they auto charged me for another 6 bottles which I did not order and did not sign up for a subscription. I stopped the so called subscription online and emailed for a refund. They have not replied to 2 of my emails. This is a real scam. Don't trust this company for its products and service.

Scam

Thought I was ordering one product, instead I was signed up for a subscription service that I was unaware of and not notified about. They have been charging me every month. I emailed multiple times to cancel and got no reply. I canceled my credit card but the charges are still somehow coming through. This is a scam company that is preying on unsuspecting customers. Avoid at all costs.

Worst product experience - SCAM ALERT

Worst product experience. I used one bottle and it was completely ineffective—it did not resolve the issue at all. I initially chose not to leave a review, but two months later I discovered I had been charged for another order, supposedly due to a subscription I do not recall knowingly signing up for and which was not clearly noticeable.

After looking into it, I realized several other customers had the same complaint and were also surprised by unexpected recurring charges. Even more concerning, customer service acknowledged this issue in their email to me (attached), referencing a similar complaint from another customer. Despite this, they refused to accept a return or issue a refund.

This experience forced me to finally share my original negative review. I am currently using DEOS, a competing product, which works well for me. If you decide to try Zero Breath, I strongly recommend buying only one bottle and making absolutely sure you unsubscribe from any recurring charges. Otherwise, I suggest going with DEOS, which is more popular and reliable. You can find it at trydeos.com.

i asked them for a refund which they initially agreed and asked me to return the product then after i returned it by post, they disappeared and not responding anymore. they are SCAM

Bynatural. I ordered a product as a one off

I ordered a product as a one off, I did not subscribe to it, and three months later they’ve just taken money from my account without authorisation and sent me an email thanking me for my purchase! I’ve even had my bank card changed so I have a different card number and they still managed it. They do not respond to emails either.

I purchased from this company but a…

I purchased from this company but a month later I was charged again on my card with another email for a second purchase ; I had not knowingly set up any subscription and did not want to purchase the tablets a second time. I tried to contact them via message , several emails over several days and no reply whatsoever. On their site it says that they will reply within 24 hours.
I tried to contact them via telephone which was unobtainable. On the website it gives information about how to cancel a subscription but when I attempted it there is no such method to cancel . In the end I had to contact the bank to block future payments.
Customer service and support is non existence in my experience. Please be wary . I am not the kind of person to give bad reviews normally and will give credit where it is due , but this is just unacceptable.
