Ordered a coffee table. It looked like it was a company in London. Paid £69.65 luckily on my Mastercard. I received a cheap black star pendant in recorded mail from byriri and had no clue who that was. I received an update from my shop app that the coffee table had been delivered but when I went to the order confirmation and alleged tracking details it still showed as in transit. I clicked the link but surprise surprise.. the server was having problems please try again later. I ten checked my bank account and yep, id paid nearly £70 to byriri. I realised id been scammed (angry because I do check) I raised a dispute and the cheeky crooks said I’d signed for my delivery AND provided a QR code. Avoid avoid avoid.

This company have stolen £69.95 from me and I have no way of contacting them

False advertising! Stated the jacket was leather but it was polyester! Asked for a refund to be told all cost would have to be made by me & offered 25% refund & keep the jacket. I shown them the label & the false advert & still said I would have to pay postage, shipping etc. This firm are rip offs & should not be allowed to sell items!

I would have given no stars if it was possible.
I ordered 2 items early December 25, one was very small fitting for size & the other was on the big side, I returned the items within a few days &paid for proof of delivery, I heard nothing from them until a few days ago my parcel was returned, inside was the original packaging I had sent back with nothing else no note or anything with an explanation, I can’t believe it took a couple of months for this !!!!!

Completely false advertising as I purchased the Marc high quality leather jacket as per the product description only to receive a synthetic jacket and not leather . Do not fall for this scam!

This company should be visited by Trading Standards there not actually genuine leather at all they are polyurethane

This is a message to anyone wanting to purchase goods from Byriri, I have personally been scammed by this company, I ordered what was supposed to be a real leather jacket as advertised but instead I received a polyurethane jacket, in my view this company is an absolute joke and should be avoided at all costs they are scammers and the lowest of the lows, avoid them at all costs.

Having complained to this company before about sending the incorrect sized jacket, they have continued to ignore my request to issue a full refund and have only offered a 30% discount or alternatively to return the jacket to China AT MY EXPENSE, even though they admit to sending out the incorrect goods. Yet again, this company have proven to confirm most peoples thoughts about trusting Chinese companies. This one is yet another untrustworthy cheating scamming company who know EXACTLY what they are doing to con innocent people out of their hard earned money and have absolutely no conscience about doing so. This will be my last ever purchase from any Chinese company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Having ordered a corduroy jacket and waistcoat I received a really poor quality thin nylon thing which bares no resemblance to the picture or description on their website. There are no return/refund options and they are not responding to my emails. AVOID I WISH I HAD READ THESE REVIEWS BEFORE!

Absolute rubbish, this company doesn't know what they're doing scammed me out of money still haven't had a refund. Do not buy anything from this bunch of scammers

Less than 1 star if possible because I feel so stupid. Why didn’t I trust my instincts.Don’t buy from this lot they are a Chinese rubbish site take your money and send inferior junk nothing like their website photos

Cheats and scammers and liars. Quality appalling cheap plastic as opposed to advertised leather. Reporting to Trade Standards

Atrocious quality, very slow delivery times and exorbitant prices - even for a "closing down" sale. Add to that, because they are advertised as products in a closing down sale (very dramatically I may add) - you cannot get a refund. A complete scam.
