Love this brand. Not only are the clothes genuinely high quality, but the constant flow of new designs and creative direction gives the brand a sense of realness and character that so many others lack. Everything feels thoughtful, intentional, and full of personality instead of just chasing trends. On top of that, their customer service has been great every time I’ve interacted with them.

We now have dedicated support staff, a 48 hour response time standard, and clearer shipping timeframe communication on our website so customers know exactly what to expect before they purchase.

My experience with this company has been exceptional and their quality of clothing is amazing. I ordered the smiley sweatsuit and it was too small…exchanged and received items with in 2 weeks. Just ordered another sweat suit and exchanged for sizing again and they have already processed the new size. There is only a charge for a return if they pick up from your house. If you drop off, it’s free. I felt communication has been great and I even got a free gift with purchase. Not sure what happened to all these people with bad reviews but I have loved this company and their clothing🤌🏽

Stay away from this company. They are quick to charge you but horrible! Or if there is worse than horrible that's what their customer service is! I had to personally message Samii Ryan on instagram for my issue to be resolved and it wasn't even a hard inquiry. Literally just a return and no one understands what's going on. Please do yourself a favor and not purchase in this bogus company. Disgusting

Really disappointed I did ordered 3 items 2 I would like to exchange for smaller size I was told I must pay for return ( not cheap ) unbelievable I not even want to refund return I would like to change sizes,this web not loo after customer at all 😔👎🏼

I’ve been trying to get a response from them for a month. They charged my credit card for an order, didn’t send a confirmation. I will have to file a claim with my bank. Horrible. And their message is so positive you’d think the service would be too. Nope

You also said something that has stayed with me that our message is so positive you would expect the service to match it. You are right. That is exactly the standard we should be held to, and in your case we failed it completely.
Since this review was left we have made significant changes to our customer service team and processes including response time standards and better order confirmation systems specifically so that situations like yours never happen again.

Response time is horrible - I returned 2 items but was only given refund on one. I have send multiple emails. It has been over 2 weeks and still can get a response!

Terrible company. Their return policy is not clear. They charge a handling fee if you don’t accept a store credit. Their clothing cut is strange so their XS and their S both didn’t fit me. If I took a store credit I would have gotten a full refund, but since I wanted a refund they charged me a fee. This was not stated in any return policy before I purchased the clothing. I wrote them an email and they blamed it on their 3rd party handling of returns. The return is returned regardless if it goes back to credit card or a store credit. Their answer didn’t make sense. Stay away!

I want to be honest with you. During this period our customer service team was not operating at the standard our customers deserved. That is something I have taken full responsibility for and have since made significant changes to address including bringing on dedicated customer service team members, setting a 48 hour response time standard, and restructuring how returns and refunds are processed and tracked so that situations like yours cannot fall through the cracks.

Stay away from Samii ryan company. They sent me 2 sweat suits with holes and with out tags, feels somebody used it before. I have pictures,, I can provide it!!! I contacted them by email (they do not provide phone number). In 4 days I got respond from them, I have to follow directions on their websait and feel out return/exchange form. This form let me exchange one sweat suit and they charge me for return by their mistake. In a week I received sweatshirt with out tags, after someone used it. Its ridiculous, I contacted my bank, I will report to this company to all burns I can. They will be shut down! Quality of clothes worser then target. Its thing, cheap fabric and they buying whosale and making their stamps. Save your Money, mood! and energy for yourself! Its a lot of good brands spend money on!

Our quality control, our warehousing standards, our customer service processes and our return and exchange policy have all been significantly rebuilt since then. What you experienced reflects a version of this company that we have worked hard to leave behind.
We are now a team that inspects every item before it ships, responds to customer inquiries within 48 hours, and offers completely free returns and exchanges for every customer with no conditions.
