Terrible support about C-Servers
Although C-Servers (Centerfield Ltd) offers incredibly cost-effective cloud services, I have to rate them 2/5 stars based on my recent experience.
On 03/27/2026, I paid to upgrade my service. However, as of today (04/23/2026), the automated upgrade has still not taken effect. I sent an email in March seeking help, but received zero response. Then, on 04/02/2026, I received a notice about their new support policy, stating that email support is only available for users spending at least $12 per year. My new plan is $15.99 per 6 months (and all payments are fully completed), which clearly meets and exceeds this requirement. Despite sending multiple follow-up emails, nobody has replied to me.
I also reached out to their online AI chatbot, "Michael Williams." Unfortunately, the AI only provides superficial comfort. It didn't solve my problem, failed to transfer me to a human agent, and didn't even send an email to confirm that my issue had been recorded.
Currently, my service is still running in its pre-upgrade state. Because the upgrade hasn't been applied, my work is completely stalled. I am giving 2 stars because while the price-to-performance ratio of their cloud services is extremely high, the non-existent customer support makes it entirely frustrating when their automated systems fail.
