I wish I were writing this review under different circumstances. I placed a substantial order with Endy (over $1,000, including a mattress), trusting their advertised “insured shipping” policy and customer-first ethos. Reality: my experience was a masterclass in corporate stonewalling and refusal to take responsibility.

Despite proof that my package was left exposed at the building entrance—visible from the street, not at my private address—Endy’s response was to insist the delivery partner “fulfilled their contract.” They ignored photos, ignored evidence that Amazon and Costco always deliver to my door, and dismissed all logic and reason.

After weeks of polite communication and providing every possible document requested, Endy moved the goalposts: demanding a police report as the only way to even consider a refund. I explained, repeatedly, that I’m in the final phase of immigration and legal advisors specifically told me to avoid police reports for even trivial events. Did Endy care? Not at all. Their “solution” was to wash their hands and close my case.

Bottom line:
If your order gets lost or stolen, Endy will hide behind their courier and leave you out in the cold—no matter what their website says about insurance or customer protection. Their “process” is designed to exhaust you, not help you.

Buyer beware:
Do not trust their promises about insured delivery.
Do not expect fair treatment if there’s a problem.
If anything goes wrong, you are on your own.

After only a few months the bed/product has completely failed. Where my back rests is a large depression in the bed and it doesn’t keep good shape. Having terrible back issues now as well as my wife. We both are not large people, I weigh 160 lbs and she’s about 125 lbs so very surprised at the low support and quality.

Customer service offers no real help as we are about a month past their 100 day guarantee. Awful bed. Do not buy from Endy. We have to buy another bed ASAP.

Was very disappointed in the initial promise Endy offers of 100 day trial period. After 15 days I contacted them to state the mattress was not sufficient for us. They denied taking a return and instead offered me a topper that had "firm" on one side and "soft" on the other. This still did not solve the probem of it not being adequate. I dealt with the mattress for another couple years and packed it in with ENDY! Very disappointed! Not what is is explained to be.

The "free" bedding set was a real disappointment. The mattress is expensive so the bedding set was supposed to offset that. Endy is all about 100% organic sheets. In the free bedding set the sheets are polyester. There is no information about that on their website, or that it can't be returned. I felt duped. Customer service will not help

Endy deliberately delivered a product to the wrong address. When I contacted them they told me to go and retrieve it. However, the people are already enjoying the item. They stated its not tehir problem endy delivered incorrectly. Endy stopped responding to my mails and calls, cannot even reach a chat agent! I still do not have my refund. SHAME ON ENDY!!

Amazing company. Amazing Mattress. Amazing customer service. Highly recommend.

We ordered the California king frame, mattress and bedding.We received our order a few days later, and the mattress was missing. I called the same day the order was delivered and I was home at the time.Endy informed us that they would need to do an investigation on the order , eventually after numerous days of us checking we called in again to be told that since enough
Time had passed they would send a replacement order and that we would need to inform them if the first mattress arrived. We did receive the replacement mattress - we never received the original order . Endy never took any responsibility on any of this. I had to deal with multiple different agents not one of them followed back up on my case until it looked like I might need to return one of the two orders . There was no problem processing my payment but it was my problem to fix their shipping . A very disappointing customer experience - not worth the hassles of waiting a week and a half to get the mattress.

Ordered one of there pillows. Shipped very quickly, arrived on time as advertised.
Pillow is good quality and comfortable.

Can't review their customer support as everything went so smoothly.
Will definitely consider them next time I need a mattress

I bought near all of their items. A mattress first, then a bed frame, a weight blanket, a duvet, a pillow and all their protectors & covers. I had a problem with my first bedframe and they sent a new one after I showed proofs. I recommend them, their products are confortable and they got you if you have problems

I purchased a mattress from Endy a few years ago and was satisfied. My second purchase was abysmal, quality/materials have changed. Customer service was hard to get a hold of. When I finally had enough and decided to return it, I was told I was not allowed to because I had purchased from them before and I should know what their products are like.
There are many other companies with similar products that value their customers. I do not recommend Endy at all.

An amazing mattress! So comfortable, exactly what I read, price is right, delivered in two days and the package was incredible!

All I can say is amazing. Comfortable, exactly the right firmness. Keep up the great work.
I received my product within 48 hrs from placing order. Astounding.
