I ordered 2 items for Shein .when I received them one is totally different color with the original picture and the other one was not fit as they gide in size chart .I tried to return them but surprisingly the site could not find my order. I tried all the way like by my phone number or my email but they couldn't find the order and even it is disappeared from my order history 🙄.I never buy again and this was a good lesson for me to do not trust to such a scam site again.

Pretty sure my credit card was compromised on this site, not secure, don’t use them!!!

It is my first time to go shopping on this website. I was buying a shopping cart with wheels. The price on the website is $ 5.92 but when I go to check out the item, the prices changes to $ 14.99 and they say they give 15% discount. Guys this website is mentally playing in customer's minds so that they buy without looking at the price, especially if they save payment method on their website.

i was buy cosmetics from shein after i used i have allergy issues. i was contacted them they dont give my refund

Shein sent me and charged me for two boxes of mens bump stopper after shaving with a razor, but i am a lady plus a red three stage knife sharpener which i didnt order either. Now i am afraid to order from them anymore. Also they have my bank account card number, exp. Date and cvc number

Really bad. No customer crevice available. Bad quality, item returned, but no refund was issued, lost $58.
Don’t buy, waste of time and money.

Package was not recieved and shipped to the wrong address. Provided photos to PayPal and Shein . Both debied the claim .

Shop somewhere else .and usa a more secure payment methodn.

There is no customer support whatsoever. I keep contacting customer service but I never get an agent to talk to. I did not receive my package and tried contacting them 6 times now yet I still didn’t get any reply or refund. I will never shop from shein again and I will make sure to make a video about it on tiktok as well.

Well shein has no whete to reach customer service. They have none.
Even their legal dept emails dont gwt answered.
Ontarian got totally screwed by Shein when tho postal service went on strike end of last year.
I sent so many emails to shein i call all the tele# google has for them. Some guys answers trll you to call during business hour 9-5. But your calling at 11am or 2pm that same goof says the same thing.

Got stuck with 100 bucks of returns. So i will NEVER SHOP SHEIN AGAIN. AND I AM WARNING EVERYBODY KNOW TO STOP AS WELL. This was mid november 2024

If I could give zero stars, I would.
I have been a long time shopper at shein. Like long enough that i am considered a tier 3 VIP. And up until recently still supported them. For the first time I have had an issue with a shipment. There were missing items from my package. Contacting customer service was unhelpful. I was told I would be credited points to my account to repurchase the missing items. These items totalled about $70. The points i was credited were worth less than $1. Contacted customer service again. They told me to contact the shipping company. Which I have done. With no response.
Shein refuses to resolve the issue.
To top it off their products have went down in quality but huge price increase. They cap the coupons so you can only save a small amount now, where they used to be unlimited. The coupons also aren't nearly as high of a percent off as they used to be.

I can see why loyal customers are dropping off left right and center. Save your money. Shop elsewhere.

Their customer service agents have fingers in their ears, don't listen, don't look at your screenshot. Sent me wrong kitchen towel; when I clicked on image, it led me to the one I wanted, didn't have to click on any choice. Added to cart, they sent me other one. Won't acknowledge mistake, even w my screenshot. Awful customer service. Deleting them, going back to WISH.

Worst customer service ever, cannot get a hold of them. And they do not make it easy. I still haven't gotten to talk to anyone

I live in a secure apartment building with cameras .I placed an order in EARLY November and delivery was to be Nov. 24 --28 . I did not receive a phone call upon delivery and apparently it was sent back to warehouse . I spoke with UNI delivery and was very upset because he said my parcel would be sent again and I would receive it within 24 -- 48 hours. . Now I STAYED in for 2 days waiting for this parcel because they were xmas gifts . I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PARCEL. My order # WAS GSHNPM28T002340 --- MY tracking # was JY24BD40U001097519 .I have gone to the bank and the monies were taken out . I want an immediate refund put back in my bank account. And the cameras will show no parcel was delivered OR left here. This left a bad taste in my mouth with your DELIVERY SERVICE and now I am finding out that more and more people are really dissatisfied with this company.

I ordered with Shein. Received the package and return since Received damaged and small-sized clothing. Only option is to return Canada Post and they are not accepting it. Is there an extension for returns from Shein?

I placed an order recently. I received a completely different order. All clothing, I did not order clothing. They asked me to take photos of the pkg and all clothing codes, which I did along with photos of what my original order was. I have been getting the run around for two weeks. 1st they are sorry this happened. Next there is nothing wrong with the items I received. It’s as if no one is understanding my issue. They will not issue me a refund each day it’s another story. So now I have a bag of clothing that is not mine, I do not have the items I paid for and I do not have a refund.

My package never received
I told you that I looked everywhere, in front of the house, around the house, even the neighbor's mailbox, but my package was not there. What should I do now? You are accusing me when I always order online and my packages are always delivered. I paid $181 and received nothing. Is this fair?

Terrible customer service

This company is terrible u will get charged out the ass in fees by dhl , u may pay 20 dollars from shein but when u ho to pick up
Ur stuff u will be charged three times that by dhl and they play games with delivery shein has a contract with them and collects half the delivery fees do kot trust

Absolutely the worst company! I wish I could give it neg stars. I made a large order and received 1 item 2 sizes off, the other 2 items were damaged. The clothing was final sale and I had to reach out to do a return. The other items I was told to ship back for refund. They could not be combined. Because of this I was charged $9. After explaining this customer service still would not reverse the charge. I spent $9 to ship back items THEY SENT DAMAGED. Horrible company, I guess that is what you get for shopping over seas. I’m going to start buying in America now only. Awful customer service.

Ordered a pair of boots and received one boot is size 40 the other is size 42. Hard to get in contact with anyone.
