Stuart and Nick gave an honest and realistic assessment of the timescales, level of disruption and costs associated with the work we were considering. The communication was excellent, both in speed of reply and clarity of emails. They were friendly, tidy and considerate and we unhesitatingly recommend them for electrical work in the Lewes and wider East Sussex area.

The Caburn team carried out an EICR to identify fuse tripping issues on circuits installed by others. Problems were effectively identified and, where immediately possible, rectified. Helpful and effective work plus reassuring!

Nick was an absolute superstar! I was selling my mum's house with a very tight deadline due to the changes being imposed for stamp duty and I needed to have an EICR issued quickly (with some associated remedial works to be completed). Nick pulled out all the stops, collected the keys, went into the property in between all his other work he had already booked in and completed the certification in a matter of a couple of days. He completely saved the day and saved the house sale. Huge thanks goes to Nick - he couldn't have done a better job.

Nick, Stuart and team carried out an ECIR for us. They did the repairs required by that and then some new installations of lighting and small power. The team are friendly, speedy and very neat, which isn't easy in an older 4 storey house. The quotations are very detailed, which is great. We will be asking them back to do a kitchen installation.

Stuart and Nick are very thorough, and reliable. They provide great information and always answer my questions comprehensively. They work quietly and carefully. They have just done an ECIR for me. We have an old house, it has been really helpful to have a detailed survey, we now know what to do next.

Nick always does a perfect job for us, whether it's completely re-wiring our house, or a simple light switch fix. He meets deadlines and explains everything really well as he's going along. If he comes across an issue, he's thought of solution options before he tells you the issue - a very rare skill in this industry! He's friendly and professional and I'd recommend him to everyone.
