Very good service

As a small business owner, I appreciate that CAD Journey has stayed on top of the license renewal for my CAD software and proactively contacted me to inquire if I wanted to make any changes before it automatically renewed. This allowed me to field some questions I had ahead of time and not to be caught off-guard with price increase. Paul has been very quick to respond to my questions. In addition, when I found Black Friday deal available thru Bentley, he was able to get this applied to my existing license renewal, rather than me having to go through additional steps to close one account and set up another.

CADJourney has been an amazing company to work and grow with. They are always extremely responsive and deliver personalized service. The website is easy to place my own orders and manage subscriptions and payments, but if there are any issues on the back end, they call and email to be sure I am aware of it. They check in before subscriptions expire to ensure we want to renew and are able to deliver software packages at discounted rate. They also have the ability to coordinate directly with Bentley if there are any technical issues which saves time on my end.

I have a particular problem with updating my older MicroStation. Daniel listened patiently to what I am

Recently, I received an email from Dan Delia, the Sales Manager at CAD Journey, informing me of an upcoming price increase for PLAXIS software. As a long-term Bentley customer—Bentley having acquired PLAXIS—I had previously encountered licensing issues with my PLAXIS 2D software. Despite efforts three years ago, I was unable to resolve these issues with Bentley.

Now, facing a new project requiring PLAXIS 3D, I decided to contact Dan for a quote. During our conversation, I mentioned my past challenges. To my surprise, Dan took a genuine interest in my situation. He listened attentively, gathered all necessary information, and committed to reopening the case with Bentley, especially after discovering that my license was perpetual.

Fantastic service experience! Dan and the CAD Journey team do a fantastic job of listening to the needs of our business and recommending exactly what we need to grow and have the best tools to do our work. Dan and the team consistently identify new product features, software offerings, and highlight ongoing sales during the sale window to ensure we have every opportunity to make strategic license additions, and also check in to make sure the products we are using are still meeting our needs.
