Excellent service from Cafelat.

The barista robot is a serious piece of kit…the espresso produced is first class…comparable if not better than my previous espresso machine which cost 3 times the price of the robot..and that was 10 years ago.

Obvs a great product (you can google many reviews) but also very quick dispatch and cafe lag robot was very nicely packaged

Got mine yesterday and loving it so far. Fairly priced, very nicely built and shipping was exceptionally fast considering I didn’t pay for express shipping.

Packaging was great, all parts included, functions as described, and build is sturdy.
Slight concern: am getting metal filings/powder that seems to grind off where the Portafilter rubs against the outer casing when inserting into the machine. I am afraid it may get into my drink.

Innovation request: some way to perhaps include gears to make the pull (or rather, push) easier during extraction. I currently need to use all my might and weight to get to 9bars. Please also move the pressure gauge to a more visible spot, as it is quite impossible to see when you're pushing down using your weight.

Exceptionally fast and uncomplicated processing. I was kept informed of every step of the shipping process by email and the order arrived the very next day. Great shopping experience and an excellent product.

All orders sent to me in the states are accurate and very prompt -- this one is no exception. I never have a question as to the quality of the products I receive.

I am glad to receive and have cafelat ，but there is a huge pity in my heart deeply.
I am currently living in Brazil temporarily. As a foreigner, I do not speak the language and have little understanding of the local tax policies in Brazil.
Only when the product was delivered to my door was I informed that I would have to pay a huge import tax (an additional cost of 1,010 REais).
I don't get any significant warning before the purchase. In addition, at the time of purchase payment, there is no corresponding prediction，such as some information in the check out. You have not fulfilled your due responsibilities in this respect and there is dereliction of duty.

Today I made my first shot espresso and got best experience, tastes very nice…

Excellent product, easy to use, and produces great espresso. As with all manual espresso makers you need to play around until the extraction is to your liking but that s why you get a product like this. Impressively it doesn’t need preheating for up to mid to light roast. Also well packaged and delivered fast.
