Ordered Easter gifts months ago and they still haven’t arrived. I keep emailing and they tell me they are on the way and they have even resent th order, but still nothing arrives. I think this is a scam. So disappointed & annoyed.

Order 2 heavy duty rulers, after 7 weeks I send an email, they told me item was delivered march 16 at 16:24 hours.
Check videos no one made delivery that date. Send then the video to prove it. They don’t want to give me my refund… I guess is going to be my lost .. be aware

I ordered "Dream Catcher" earrings. They looked beautiful online. Each individual feather showed. I received 2 pieces of clear plastic with an image faintly printed on the front. Absolute rubbish. They're going straight in the bin. One of the worst cases of false advertising I've ever seen.

WARNING! DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE THIEVES! After carefully measuring for size, I ordered two men's XL shirts. After 6 weeks, they finally arrived. The shirts were laughably small. I immediately contacted customer service to return them with me paying shipping. They refused to give the address to return the shorts. So they do NOT honor returns, in sipte of what their website promises. These people are thieves. The shirts they sell are available elsewhere. Do not do business with sleazy companies like Cafeteriam.

Ordered an item Wood splitter, does not work at all absolutely a waste of time effort and money.
Their follow up and returns is a total total waste of time.
We will offer you $9usd and you can keep the product and gift it to your friend ?? Why would I gift a useless non-working item. Absolute joke.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS HONG KONG BASED COMPANY THEIR PRODUCTS ARE A JOKE.

I am still trying to get this resolved as of the 03/10/2025 Wish me luck.

Cafeteriam.com - BIG CHEATERS!
I recently ordered a flashlight from them; it arrived about a month later, dysfunctional. No amount of charging would take. I suspect the battery was left out. In any case, with it plugged into a USB port to charge, the lights will come on, unplug it, and they do not come on.

Tried charging it over 48 hours, nothing. I have been trying over a week to get them to refund or send a replacement. They have offered to compensate at about 10% of what I paid.

Pease do not order anything from them or you are likely to suffer the same experience.

I should mention they also overcharged, but after complaining twice, they did fix that.

UPDATE: I disassembled it and found that the solder connection to the battery had come loose; cold soldier joint failed. Still big cheaters in my opinion; I have never had worse customer service in my life!

Ordered items back on 12/10/24. Never received item, sent several emails asking for update. 2-3 days to respond. Here is the last response I received from them. Actual words from there last email. "We do want to help you with this issue" USPS stated there tracking # was also a bogus # and not even in the system. If I could issue 0 stars I would of done so. I have turned them into the BBB. Lesson Learned, "Do not purchase from this website"

I ordered 2 sets of charm bracelets in October 2024 by mistake. They refunded 1 set but I have never received the other one. Tracker advised that it arrived in Australia on 27 November 2024 and I've heard nothing since. I advised Cafeteriam of all this again on 10 March 2025. NOT HAPPY.

I ordered sunglasses through them. They listed one price and charged me another. I was told I would receive a refund for the difference. I never did. I tried to return them after I received them and they will not answer there emails. This is a scam company. Buyer BEWARE.

I orderedc3 charm bracelet sets. Instead I received 3 banks in the shape of an R. I don't need the banks I would like to return them and get my 3 bracelet sets that I order for grandkids for Christmas. Please make this right. Linda Hill order # 25663S385515.

I found these adjustable curtain rod holders quite impressive in terms of design and quality. Packaging was secure, protecting the items well. Shipping took three weeks, which felt a little extended. Price seemed reasonable for the solid performance offered.

I can't find an address in which to return the item. I did not get the bracelet set I ordered. Instead, I received a porcelain doll.

This hummingbird feeder adds charm to my garden and attracts plenty of birds. The glass construction feels sturdy. However, larger filling spout would make refilling simpler.

Product never arrived. Their solution was to say that it must have gotten lost and for an additional charge they would send another one to me.

I ordered 5 bracelets for my Grandaughters advertised at $12.76 each with a further 20% off if I bought 4 or more. It also had a beautiful poem that I thought would come with each one. I received 5 bracelets as advertised.
No poems, so the bracelets meant nothing. And my credit card was billed $101.48. !!! There had been no mention that the price was not in Australian dollars. Has turned me off online purchases. I would never have paid that much.
