Excellent product, superb consumer care
Got a midnight purple cobra cage, a couple straps, and a necklace. Fit is perfect, materials are lightweight but strong and smooth.
I’m not normally one to fuss about an unboxing experience, but this one was truly special. Enough that I had to ask what scent they use on the packaging. (Creed - Aventus, if you’re curious.)
Best part: When my order spent a couple days in the black hole of customs, I reached out to customer support and received a quick and thorough reply explaining the situation. They even checked back again once more info became visible to them, and dutifully answered even the most trivial questions I had.
I felt like I got a premium product at an affordable price, and an outstanding support experience. If I could give even more stars, I would.

A good experience
I like that these owners don't over-market, cagechasity is like that. My order was a nice surprise - the unboxing was top-notch. Quality is just what I'd hoped.

Product & Customer service was great!
I love the product and Customer service was great. My only complaint is it took over 2 weeks for shipping. I think you should give people the option to expedite shipping at a higher cost. Everything else was great!
